全球價值鏈視角下中國出口服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)良性發(fā)展分析

【摘要】:我國出口服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)已經(jīng)走過了三十余年的時間,經(jīng)歷了三十多年的歷練與成長,我國的服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)迅速發(fā)展,已經(jīng)成為我國國民經(jīng)濟的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),并且成長為重要的民生產(chǎn)業(yè)。它不僅為我國創(chuàng)造了巨大的經(jīng)濟財富,也解決了上億人的就業(yè)問題。但是,由于我國服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)薄弱,生產(chǎn)設(shè)備落后等各方面的原因,我國服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)在全球價值鏈中仍然處于底部,即附加值最低的環(huán)節(jié),也就是整個鏈條上利潤最低的環(huán)節(jié)。在這種情況下,我國出口服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)或者被歐美發(fā)達國家的環(huán)保等條款拒之門外,,或者被第三世界國家更加廉價的勞動力搶奪市場。在這種情況下,我國服裝出口企業(yè)不能盲目的與國內(nèi)外的企業(yè)進行惡性的低價競爭,而是應(yīng)該不斷學(xué)習、謀求創(chuàng)新,走上一條良性的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展之路。 企業(yè)在全球價值鏈的視角下謀求可持續(xù)的良性發(fā)展之路,首先應(yīng)該明確什么是全球價值鏈,以及在全球價值鏈理論框架下,如何進行升級創(chuàng)新,這就是第二章所敘述的內(nèi)容。宏觀上掌握全球價值鏈的理論基礎(chǔ),在微觀上,本文敘述了服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)的全球價值鏈模式,解釋了整個鏈條分幾個環(huán)節(jié),每個環(huán)節(jié)如何分工。第四章,了解我國出口服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)在整個全球價值鏈的位置以及發(fā)展狀況和發(fā)展趨勢。第五章,列舉具體的國外案例,通過研究國外案例,先模仿后創(chuàng)新,最后走上一條適合自己發(fā)展的經(jīng)營之路。最后,通過全文的分析,闡述真正適合中國出口服裝企業(yè)發(fā)展的策略,希望可以使我國出口服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)走上一條良性的發(fā)展之路。
[Abstract]:China's export garment industry has gone through more than 30 years, experienced more than 30 years of experience and growth, China's clothing industry has developed rapidly, has become the pillar industry of our national economy. And has grown into an important livelihood industry. It has not only created huge economic wealth for our country, but also solved the employment problem of hundreds of millions of people. However, due to the weak foundation of our clothing industry and the backward production equipment, and other reasons, The garment industry of our country is still at the bottom of the global value chain, that is, the link with the lowest added value, that is, the link with the lowest profit in the whole chain. In this case, China's export garment industry is either shut out by the environmental protection provisions of developed countries in Europe and the United States, or it is snatched up by cheaper labor in third world countries. In this case, China's garment export enterprises should not blindly compete with domestic and foreign enterprises in low price, but should constantly learn, seek innovation, and take a benign road of industrial development. From the perspective of global value chain, enterprises should first make clear what is global value chain and how to upgrade and innovate under the framework of global value chain theory. This is the content of the second chapter. Macroscopically grasp the theoretical basis of the global value chain. On the micro level, this paper describes the global value chain model of the garment industry, and explains the whole chain is divided into several links. How to divide each link. Chapter 4th, to understand the position, development and trend of China's export garment industry in the global value chain. Chapter 5th, enumerate specific foreign cases, through the study of foreign cases, first imitation and then innovation, Finally, through the analysis of the full text, this paper expounds the strategies that are really suitable for the development of China's export garment enterprises, hoping to make the export clothing industry of our country take a benign road of development.
