【摘要】：2010年我國開始積極推進(jìn)農(nóng)網(wǎng)改造升級(jí)工程。農(nóng)網(wǎng)改造升級(jí)工程的成果關(guān)系著農(nóng)村地區(qū)的農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、居民生活水平等。為了研究農(nóng)網(wǎng)改造升級(jí)工程對(duì)供電企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益的影響情況,并從中了解進(jìn)行農(nóng)網(wǎng)改造升級(jí)工程產(chǎn)生的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益,以便在對(duì)今后農(nóng)村電網(wǎng)建設(shè)與改造時(shí)有所借鑒。本文運(yùn)用了技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、模糊評(píng)價(jià)及層次分析法的相關(guān)原理和方法對(duì)即墨市農(nóng)網(wǎng)改造升級(jí)工程的投資效益進(jìn)行了分析和評(píng)價(jià)。文章中提出了農(nóng)村電網(wǎng)改造評(píng)價(jià)體系指標(biāo)和模型,對(duì)即墨市農(nóng)村電網(wǎng)改造升級(jí)前后的情況進(jìn)行了介紹,并建立了農(nóng)網(wǎng)改造升級(jí)產(chǎn)生的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,對(duì)每一指標(biāo)的含義進(jìn)行界定。利用技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的相關(guān)研究方法從技術(shù)指標(biāo)、財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo),以及對(duì)改善民生效益、環(huán)境效益和社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行模糊層次分析和綜合評(píng)價(jià)。盡管從整體上來看即墨市所進(jìn)行的農(nóng)網(wǎng)改造升級(jí)工程還存在不理想的地方,但是企業(yè)的很多方面還是得到了改善,且對(duì)居民、商業(yè)、經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展有一定的促進(jìn)作用,整個(gè)農(nóng)網(wǎng)改造升級(jí)的社會(huì)效益優(yōu)良,在進(jìn)行的模糊層次綜合評(píng)價(jià)法中得出的研究結(jié)果是“好”。另外本文還對(duì)農(nóng)村電網(wǎng)改造的分析提供了一些借鑒,因此,提出即墨電網(wǎng)企業(yè)在以后就當(dāng)要改進(jìn)的地方。
[Abstract]:In 2010, China began to actively promote the upgrading project of rural power network. The achievements of the project are related to the agricultural production and economic development in rural areas. In order to study the influence of the upgrading project of rural power network on the economic and social benefits of power supply enterprises, and to understand the economic and social benefits of the upgrading project of rural power network, In order to use for reference in the construction and transformation of rural power grid in the future. Fuzzy evaluation and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) are used to analyze and evaluate the investment benefit of the upgrading project of Jimo rural power network. The evaluation system index and model of rural power network reconstruction are put forward in this paper. This paper introduces the situation before and after the upgrading of the rural power grid in Jimo City, and establishes the evaluation index system of economic and social benefits generated by the upgrading of the rural power network. Define the meaning of each indicator. Using the relevant research methods of technical economics, from technical indicators, financial indicators, and to improve the benefits of people's livelihood, Fuzzy AHP and comprehensive evaluation are carried out in several aspects of environmental benefit and social economic benefit. Although there are still some unsatisfactory aspects in the upgrading project of agricultural power network in Jimo City on the whole, However, many aspects of the enterprises have been improved, and have a certain role in promoting the development of residents, commerce, economy and society, and the social benefits of the transformation and upgrading of the whole rural network are excellent. In addition, this paper also provides some reference for the analysis of rural power grid transformation, therefore, puts forward that Jimo power grid enterprises should be improved in the future.
