中小型服裝企業(yè)現(xiàn)場管理執(zhí)行力的評價研究

【摘要】:在這個競爭日益激烈的時代,如何增強(qiáng)企業(yè)自身的實(shí)力和競爭力,已經(jīng)成為眾多企業(yè)追求的目標(biāo)。執(zhí)行力的強(qiáng)弱是目標(biāo)能否實(shí)現(xiàn)的關(guān)鍵,結(jié)果源于執(zhí)行,沒有強(qiáng)有力的執(zhí)行,就沒有良性的結(jié)果。一個企業(yè)執(zhí)行力的強(qiáng)弱將會影響一個企業(yè)的競爭力,生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場管理是企業(yè)管理的重要組成部分,是企業(yè)管理素質(zhì)的集中表現(xiàn)。服裝企業(yè)是一種勞動非常密集的產(chǎn)業(yè),長期以來一直是我國的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),筆者通過文獻(xiàn)查閱以及對服裝企業(yè)的的實(shí)地調(diào)研得知我國服裝企業(yè)的現(xiàn)場管理執(zhí)行力十分不足,隨著市場競爭的日益激烈,服裝產(chǎn)品越來越向小批量、多品種的方向發(fā)展,這對服裝企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)過程管理提出了更高的要求,因此提高服裝企業(yè)現(xiàn)場管理執(zhí)行力成為當(dāng)務(wù)之急。 國內(nèi)外的學(xué)者主要研究了執(zhí)行力的涵義、影響因素、以及提升措施等,關(guān)于企業(yè)綜合執(zhí)行力量化測評的研究較少,相對通用的測評模型目前還很少,對服裝企業(yè)現(xiàn)場管理執(zhí)行力的評價目前在國內(nèi)更為稀少,企業(yè)執(zhí)行力評價將成為學(xué)術(shù)界和企業(yè)界研究的重要課題。 本論文結(jié)合服裝企業(yè)現(xiàn)場管理的特點(diǎn),以企業(yè)執(zhí)行力理論和現(xiàn)場管理理論為基礎(chǔ),將新興的現(xiàn)場管理執(zhí)行力理論運(yùn)用到服裝領(lǐng)域,,進(jìn)行執(zhí)行力評價的構(gòu)建與細(xì)化研究。 課題從研究中小型服裝企業(yè)現(xiàn)場管理執(zhí)行力的影響因素出發(fā),通過理論分析,對陜西、山東、北京、浙江、上海、廣東一帶的中小型服裝企業(yè)進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)研以及專家訪談,依據(jù)中小型服裝企業(yè)現(xiàn)場管理執(zhí)行力指標(biāo)的設(shè)計思路、原則、方法,本文提取了7個一級指標(biāo)和55個二級指標(biāo);通過對25家中小型服裝企業(yè)的55名管理者和專家進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,使用SPSS統(tǒng)計分析軟件對問卷數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,計算出各指標(biāo)的均值、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差、離散系數(shù)、置信區(qū)間等,并且通過聚類分析,提取42個二級指標(biāo)作為正式的評價指標(biāo),從而構(gòu)建了中小型服裝企業(yè)現(xiàn)場管理執(zhí)行力評價價指標(biāo)體系,以層次分析法和模糊數(shù)學(xué)綜合評價法為理論依據(jù),建立了模糊綜合評模型,此評價模型在具體的服裝企業(yè)得到了驗證,分析結(jié)果表明本文設(shè)計的指標(biāo)體系合理性、有效性較高。因而它對企業(yè)開展現(xiàn)場管理執(zhí)行力評價具有一定的實(shí)際參考價值。
[Abstract]:In this era of increasingly fierce competition, how to enhance the strength and competitiveness of enterprises has become the goal pursued by many enterprises. The strength of execution is the key to whether the goal can be achieved, the result is from execution, there is no strong implementation. There is no positive result. The strength of an enterprise's executive power will affect the competitiveness of an enterprise. Production site management is an important part of enterprise management. Garment enterprise is a kind of labor-intensive industry, and has long been the pillar industry of our country. Through literature review and field investigation of garment enterprises, the author finds that the field management execution ability of garment enterprises in our country is very insufficient. With the increasingly fierce competition in the market, clothing products are more and more developed towards the direction of small batch and many varieties. This puts forward higher requirements to the production process management of garment enterprises, so it is urgent to improve the execution ability of field management of garment enterprises. Scholars at home and abroad have mainly studied the meaning of executive power, influencing factors, as well as promotion measures, etc. There are few researches on the quantitative evaluation of comprehensive executive power of enterprises, and relatively few general evaluation models. At present, the evaluation of field management execution ability of garment enterprises is more rare in China, and the evaluation of enterprise execution ability will become an important research topic in academia and business circles. This paper combines the characteristics of the field management of garment enterprises, based on the theory of enterprise executive power and field management, applies the new theory of field management executive power to the field of clothing, and carries on the construction and the detailed research on the evaluation of the execution ability. Based on the study of the influencing factors of the field management executive power of the small and medium-sized garment enterprises, through theoretical analysis, the subject conducts field investigation and expert interviews on the small and medium-sized garment enterprises in Shaanxi, Shandong, Beijing, Zhejiang, Shanghai and Guangdong. According to the design ideas, principles and methods of the field management executive power index of the small and medium-sized garment enterprises, this paper extracts 7 first-grade indexes and 55 second-level indexes, and carries on the questionnaire survey to 55 managers and experts of 25 small and medium-sized garment enterprises. The average value, standard deviation, discrete coefficient and confidence interval of each index were calculated by using SPSS statistical analysis software. Through cluster analysis, 42 secondary indexes were extracted as formal evaluation indexes. Thus, the evaluation price index system of field management executive power of small and medium-sized garment enterprises is constructed, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established based on the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation method. The evaluation model has been verified in specific garment enterprises, and the analysis results show that the index system designed in this paper is reasonable and effective, so it has some practical reference value for enterprises to carry out the evaluation of field management execution ability.
