【摘要】:近年來(lái),中國(guó)軌道交通建設(shè)得到了快速發(fā)展,鐵路營(yíng)業(yè)里程和城市軌道交通建設(shè)里程已位居世界前列。由此,軌道交通裝備制造也得到了前所未有的發(fā)展!笆濉逼陂g,軌道交通建設(shè)的強(qiáng)大投資仍將保持對(duì)裝備制造的旺盛需求。 中國(guó)南車(中國(guó)南車股份有限公司的簡(jiǎn)稱)來(lái)源于2000年國(guó)務(wù)院機(jī)構(gòu)改革,從鐵道部脫鉤分立重組并于2008年整體改制的境內(nèi)外(A+H)上市公司,是一家主要從事鐵路機(jī)車、客車、貨車、動(dòng)車組、城軌地鐵車輛及主要零部件制造和修理的軌道交通裝備制造企業(yè)。占有國(guó)內(nèi)軌道交通市場(chǎng)份額50%以上,是國(guó)內(nèi)僅有兩家軌道交通制造集團(tuán)之一。但是,面對(duì)軌道交通良好的發(fā)展機(jī)遇和作為公眾公司的上市公司,如何合理安排融資規(guī)模和策略,適應(yīng)軌道交通發(fā)展的配套要求,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)中國(guó)南車的穩(wěn)健快速發(fā)展已成為企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理的重要任務(wù)。 本文結(jié)合融資管理相關(guān)理論和方法,系統(tǒng)分析了中國(guó)南車的融資現(xiàn)狀和軌道交通的市場(chǎng)現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合“十二五”鐵路客貨運(yùn)輸市場(chǎng)和城市軌道交通市場(chǎng)需求,預(yù)測(cè)機(jī)車車輛裝備的需求量,系統(tǒng)分析各項(xiàng)融資策略的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì),進(jìn)而提出適合中國(guó)南車的融資策略和具體建議。 本文研究的方案以公司現(xiàn)有資源和能力為依據(jù),在對(duì)外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行充分論證和分析的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行融資策略的思考和定位,不僅能幫助中國(guó)南車明確現(xiàn)有的資源和能力,掌握公司內(nèi)部管理的現(xiàn)狀問(wèn)題,為進(jìn)一步改善公司內(nèi)部管理,提升公司運(yùn)行效益提供參考和依據(jù),更進(jìn)一步明晰了企業(yè)發(fā)展的外部環(huán)境,為企業(yè)在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中,合理利用各種資金資源以取得核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力從而保證公司可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供了方向和支撐。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the construction of rail transit in China has been developing rapidly, and railway mileage and urban rail transit construction mileage have been among the top in the world. The strong investment in rail transit construction will still maintain a strong demand for equipment manufacturing. The China Southern Railway Company (abbreviated as China Southern car Co., Ltd.) comes from the State Council's institutional reform in 2000, the separation and reorganization of the Ministry of Railways and the overall restructuring of the Ministry of Railways in 2008. It is a listed company mainly engaged in railway locomotives and passenger cars. A manufacturing enterprise of rail transit equipment for the manufacture and repair of freight cars, EMU, metro vehicles and its main components. It has a market share of more than 50% in the domestic rail transit market, and is one of only two rail transit manufacturing groups in China. However, Facing the good development opportunity of the rail transit and the listed company as the public company, how to arrange the financing scale and the strategy reasonably to meet the supporting requirements of the rail transit development, Finally, realizing the steady and rapid development of CSR has become an important task of enterprise financial management. Based on the theory and method of financing management, this paper systematically analyzes the present situation of financing and the market situation of rail transit, combining with the market demand of passenger and freight transportation of the 12th Five-Year Plan and the market of urban rail transit. In order to forecast the demand of locomotive and rolling stock equipment, the advantages and disadvantages of various financing strategies are analyzed systematically, and the financing strategies and specific suggestions suitable for CSR are put forward. Based on the existing resources and capabilities of the company, and on the basis of the full demonstration and analysis of the external environment, the scheme studied in this paper can not only help CSR to identify the existing resources and capabilities, but also make the financing strategy think and position on the basis of full analysis of the external environment. To grasp the current situation of the internal management of the company, to further improve the internal management of the company, to enhance the operating efficiency of the company to provide a reference and basis, to further clarify the external environment for the development of enterprises, for enterprises in the fierce market competition, Reasonable use of various financial resources to achieve core competitiveness to ensure the sustainable development of the company to provide direction and support.
