【摘要】:我國(guó)專用汽車行業(yè)經(jīng)過10年大發(fā)展之后,已經(jīng)進(jìn)入“白熱化”競(jìng)爭(zhēng)狀態(tài);專用汽車行業(yè)集中度不斷提高,同時(shí)面臨戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型及結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整。如何讓企業(yè)在劇烈市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中立于不敗之地并獲得長(zhǎng)期健康發(fā)展,是企業(yè)高級(jí)主管人員必需面對(duì),需要努力解決的問題。 戰(zhàn)略制定是在充分認(rèn)識(shí)專用汽車發(fā)展特點(diǎn)基礎(chǔ)上,尋求變革不斷創(chuàng)新,明確企業(yè)發(fā)展定位的過程。福田戴姆勒總體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施可以提升福田戴姆勒專用汽車業(yè)務(wù)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,同時(shí)為福田戴姆勒專用汽車業(yè)務(wù)下一步發(fā)展指明方向。 本文首先論述了論文的選題背景、研究目的和意義、內(nèi)容、方法及思路;其次對(duì)戰(zhàn)略管理理論及國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行研究;再次研究影響專用汽車行業(yè)發(fā)展的國(guó)內(nèi)外經(jīng)濟(jì)、技術(shù)環(huán)境、專用汽車行業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,深入分析國(guó)內(nèi)外專用汽車行業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢(shì),運(yùn)用五力模型分析方法,綜合分析福田戴姆勒專用汽車的現(xiàn)狀,揭示企業(yè)發(fā)展機(jī)會(huì)及面臨的挑戰(zhàn);然后對(duì)北京福田戴姆勒專用汽車公司內(nèi)部發(fā)展環(huán)境進(jìn)行進(jìn)行深入分析,找出影響公司發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì);通過SWOT分析選擇北京福田戴姆勒專用汽車總體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略及目標(biāo);最后制定北京福田戴姆勒專用汽車公司戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施對(duì)策。 本論文共分六章,第一章主要闡述福田戴姆勒專用汽車公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究論文選題的背景,明確研究的內(nèi)容、研究的方法及思路。 第二章主要闡述戰(zhàn)略管理理論及國(guó)內(nèi)外研究成果。國(guó)外關(guān)于戰(zhàn)略的最新研究成果主要為戰(zhàn)略決策過程理論、顧客讓渡價(jià)值理論、商業(yè)生態(tài)理論等。國(guó)內(nèi)戰(zhàn)略研究主要涉及柔性戰(zhàn)略、大規(guī)模定制、4E戰(zhàn)略營(yíng)銷及公司多元化戰(zhàn)略等。 第三章主要分析專用汽車行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境。首先分析影響專用汽車發(fā)展的國(guó)內(nèi)外最新政策法規(guī)環(huán)境、商業(yè)環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展環(huán)境。其次分析專用汽車行業(yè)國(guó)內(nèi)外市場(chǎng)整體運(yùn)行情況,區(qū)域布局及技術(shù)狀況,預(yù)測(cè)專用汽車市場(chǎng)需求。然后從國(guó)內(nèi)外視角探討專用汽車行業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。最后通過五力模型分析了專用汽車行業(yè)存在的威脅。 第四章主要對(duì)北京福田戴姆勒專用汽車公司內(nèi)部發(fā)展環(huán)境進(jìn)行深入分析研究,找出公司發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢(shì)及劣勢(shì)。本章主要從北京福田戴姆勒公司發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,公司內(nèi)部資源進(jìn)及核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行分析。 第五章北京福田戴姆勒專用汽車公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略選擇。首先采用SWOT模型分析了北京福田戴姆勒專用汽車優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、機(jī)會(huì),找到企業(yè)發(fā)展的機(jī)會(huì);其次根據(jù)公司發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)會(huì)及挑戰(zhàn)選擇公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略及目標(biāo)。 第六章制定北京福田戴姆勒專用汽車公司總體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施對(duì)策。根據(jù)北京福田戴姆勒專用汽車存在的問題及發(fā)展機(jī)會(huì),制定總體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施對(duì)策。 最后對(duì)北京福田戴姆勒專用汽車公司總體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究進(jìn)行了相應(yīng)的總結(jié)和展望,并對(duì)研究結(jié)果的不足進(jìn)行說明,指出下一步研究方向。
[Abstract]:Our special automobile industry after 10 years of development, has entered the intense competition; special automobile industry concentration continues to increase, facing strategic transformation and structural adjustment at the same time. How to make the enterprise in an invincible position and obtain long-term healthy development in the fierce market competition, is the enterprise senior executives must face, need to solve the problem.
The strategy is in full understanding of special vehicle development on the basis of the characteristic change seeking innovation, clearly defined enterprise development process. The implementation of the overall development strategy of the Foton Daimler Foton Daimler Automotive special business can enhance the market competitiveness, at the same time as the Foton Daimler Automotive business for the next step in the development direction.
This paper first discusses the research background, research purpose and significance, contents, methods and ideas; secondly, the research on the strategic management theory and literature at home and abroad; again influence on the development of the automotive industry for the domestic and international economic and technical environment, special vehicle industry development present situation analysis, in-depth analysis of the development of the automotive industry at home and abroad the trend, using five forces model analysis method, comprehensive analysis of the current situation of Foton Daimler special automobile, reveals the enterprise development opportunities and challenges; and then the internal environment for the development of Beijing Foton Daimler special automobile company to conduct in-depth analysis, find out the advantages and disadvantages that affect the development of the company; through the analysis of the SWOT Beijing Foton Daimler special automobile overall development strategy and finally, the formulation and implementation of strategy target; Beijing Foton Daimler Motor Company special strategy.
This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter mainly expounds the background of choosing research topics of Futian Daimler special vehicle company, and specifies the contents, methods and ideas of the research.
The second chapter mainly elaborates the strategic management theory and research achievements. The latest research achievement about strategy for strategic decision process theory, customer delivered value theory, business ecosystem theory. Domestic research mainly involves the strategy of flexible strategy, mass customization, 4E marketing strategy and diversification strategy.
The third chapter mainly analyzes the special automobile industry competition environment. First analyze the special automobile development at home and abroad the latest policy environment, business environment, the environment of economic development. Secondly the overall operation of the special automobile industry at home and abroad market, regional layout and technical conditions, forecast special automobile market demand. Then from the perspective of special vehicles at home and abroad the development trend of the industry. Finally the presence of special vehicle industry threat analysis by using five forces model.
The fourth chapter focuses on the internal environment for the development of Beijing Foton Daimler special automobile company in-depth analysis, find out the advantages and disadvantages of the company development. This chapter mainly from the development status of Beijing Foton Daimler company, the three aspects of internal resources and core competitiveness are analyzed.
The development strategy of the fifth chapter, Beijing Foton Daimler special automobile company. Firstly, using SWOT model to analyze Beijing Foton Daimler Automotive advantages, disadvantages, opportunities, risks, find enterprise development opportunities; secondly, according to the company's development strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of development strategy and goals.
The sixth chapter formulating the implementation strategy of Beijing Futian Daimler special vehicle company's overall development strategy. According to the existing problems and development opportunities of Beijing Futian Daimler special vehicle, we formulate the overall development strategy implementation strategy.
Finally, we summarize and prospect the overall development strategy of Futian Daimler special vehicle company in Beijing, and illustrate the shortcomings of the research results, and point out the next research direction.
