【摘要】:摘要:越來越多的企業(yè)管理者開始認(rèn)識到:一個企業(yè)是否重視研發(fā)員工培訓(xùn)關(guān)系到企業(yè)未來的競爭潛力。如何建立符合企業(yè)自身行發(fā)展的研發(fā)員工培訓(xùn)模式一直是許多企業(yè)關(guān)注的問題。本文通過對SY公司的培訓(xùn)模式進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究表明,SY公司研發(fā)員工培訓(xùn)沒有收到預(yù)期效果。 本文在參考了國內(nèi)外的相關(guān)培訓(xùn)文獻(xiàn)及典型的企業(yè)培訓(xùn)案例的基礎(chǔ)上,對SY公司研發(fā)員工的培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,診斷出SY公司在研發(fā)員工培訓(xùn)模式中存在的主要問題:沒有對受訓(xùn)員工本人有效引導(dǎo)、培訓(xùn)課程更新不及時、對內(nèi)訓(xùn)培訓(xùn)師資缺乏有效管理;缺乏科學(xué)有效的培訓(xùn)考核機(jī)制。因而導(dǎo)致培訓(xùn)開展的課時不斷在增加,培訓(xùn)管理投入的費用也不少,但員工對培訓(xùn)參與積極性下降,各層級員工開始質(zhì)疑培訓(xùn)開展下去的效果。 基于此,文章采用模糊綜合評價法對SY公司研發(fā)員工培訓(xùn)模式進(jìn)行了實證分析,根據(jù)定性和定量研究結(jié)果對SY公司的研發(fā)員工培訓(xùn)模式提出了優(yōu)化思路,包括優(yōu)化培訓(xùn)課程、有效推進(jìn)“導(dǎo)師制”、“師徒制”、提高受訓(xùn)者的積極性、提高講師授課技巧、提高管理培訓(xùn)水平等,使SY公司的研發(fā)員工培訓(xùn)工作能更好地發(fā)揮作用。優(yōu)化后的評價結(jié)果表明優(yōu)化后的培訓(xùn)模式所起的培訓(xùn)效果更好。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: more and more enterprise managers begin to realize that whether an enterprise attaches importance to the training of R & D staff is related to the future competitive potential of the enterprise. How to establish the training model of R & D staff in line with the enterprise's own development has always been. This paper investigates the training mode of sy Company and shows that the training of R & D employees of sy Company has not achieved the expected effect. On the basis of referring to domestic and foreign relevant training literature and typical enterprise training cases, this paper analyzes the training status of R & D employees in sy Company. The main problems of sy company in the research and development of employee training mode are as follows: no effective guidance to the trainee, no timely updating of the training course, and lack of effective management to the internal training teachers; Because of the lack of scientific and effective training assessment mechanism, the hours of training are increasing, and the cost of training management is much, but the enthusiasm of staff to participate in training is decreased, and the staff of all levels begin to question the effect of training. Based on this, this paper uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to analyze the training mode of R & D staff in sy Company, and puts forward the optimized train of thought for R & D staff training mode of sy Company according to the qualitative and quantitative research results, including the optimization of training courses. Effectively promote the "tutor system" and "master and apprentice system", improve the enthusiasm of the trainees, improve the teaching skills of lecturers, improve the management training level, etc. The optimized evaluation results show that the optimized training model plays a better role in the training of R & D employees in sy Company.
