【摘要】:隨著自動(dòng)化產(chǎn)品在風(fēng)力發(fā)電行業(yè)的廣泛應(yīng)用和制造業(yè)服務(wù)化理念的深化發(fā)展,風(fēng)電自動(dòng)化服務(wù)行業(yè)作為一個(gè)新興行業(yè),正在悄然興起。隨著我國(guó)風(fēng)力發(fā)電行業(yè)逐漸回歸理性的穩(wěn)健發(fā)展和客戶對(duì)于自動(dòng)化服務(wù)需求的不斷提高,風(fēng)電自動(dòng)化服務(wù)行業(yè)將日趨走向成熟,并成為自動(dòng)化大鱷爭(zhēng)相搶奪的重要市場(chǎng)。本文重點(diǎn)采用行業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)廠商或典型企業(yè)特點(diǎn)分析法、專家訪談法、矩陣評(píng)價(jià)法等一系列企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理的方法,分析和識(shí)別中國(guó)風(fēng)電自動(dòng)化服務(wù)市場(chǎng)上供應(yīng)商的關(guān)鍵成功因素,并對(duì)各個(gè)關(guān)鍵成功因素的重要程度進(jìn)行評(píng)估和排序。 本文首先對(duì)中國(guó)風(fēng)電自動(dòng)化服務(wù)市場(chǎng)供應(yīng)商關(guān)鍵成功因素研究這一課題的研究目的和意義進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單的介紹,并且對(duì)近年來關(guān)于風(fēng)電自動(dòng)化服務(wù)市場(chǎng)供應(yīng)商關(guān)鍵成功因素研究的國(guó)內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀的研究成果進(jìn)行分析與總結(jié);文章接下來對(duì)風(fēng)電行業(yè)和風(fēng)電自動(dòng)化服務(wù)行業(yè)的歷史和現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了描述,對(duì)行業(yè)特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了歸納和總結(jié),并對(duì)其未來發(fā)展趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行了展望;文章第三部分在介紹了關(guān)鍵成功因素分析理論的基礎(chǔ)之上,先后運(yùn)用PEST分析法和波特五力模型等分析方法,結(jié)合風(fēng)電自動(dòng)化服務(wù)市場(chǎng)的特性,對(duì)所有可能影響供應(yīng)商經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)的因素進(jìn)行了初步總結(jié),隨后通過對(duì)業(yè)內(nèi)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)企業(yè)行為模式以及其為該行業(yè)客戶提供系統(tǒng)性解決方案的典型案例研究,對(duì)該行業(yè)的關(guān)鍵成功因素進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步篩選;文章接下來使用專家訪談法,對(duì)這關(guān)鍵成功因素的選取進(jìn)行客觀地調(diào)查,并根據(jù)專家意見反饋的結(jié)果,對(duì)關(guān)鍵成功因素進(jìn)行篩選、修正和補(bǔ)充。在此基礎(chǔ)之上,將專家訪談法和矩陣分析法結(jié)合運(yùn)用,對(duì)關(guān)鍵成功因素的重要性進(jìn)行評(píng)估和排序。最終得出風(fēng)電自動(dòng)化服務(wù)市場(chǎng)供應(yīng)商關(guān)鍵成功因素共九項(xiàng),按照重要程度排序依次是:服務(wù)定制化、專業(yè)技術(shù)水平領(lǐng)先、客戶關(guān)系良好、問題處理效率高、行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富、服務(wù)響應(yīng)速度快、服務(wù)附加值高、國(guó)家政策扶持、市場(chǎng)環(huán)境相對(duì)穩(wěn)定。本文不但為自動(dòng)化供應(yīng)商提供了提升市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的建議,也為風(fēng)電行業(yè)從業(yè)企業(yè)提供了評(píng)價(jià)和選擇自動(dòng)化服務(wù)供應(yīng)商的參考依據(jù),文中所使用的分析方法也可以應(yīng)用在其他行業(yè)或企業(yè)的關(guān)鍵成功因素分析和研究中。
[Abstract]:With the wide application of automation products in wind power industry and the deepening development of service concept in manufacturing industry, wind power automation service industry as a new industry, Wind power industry is rising quietly. With the steady development of wind power industry and the increasing demand of customers for automation service, wind power automation service industry will become mature day by day. This paper focuses on a series of strategic management methods, such as industry leading manufacturer or typical enterprise characteristic analysis method, expert interview method, matrix evaluation method and so on. The key success factors of suppliers in China wind power automation service market are analyzed and identified, and the importance of each key success factor is evaluated and ranked. In this paper, the purpose and significance of the research on the key success factors of Chinese wind power automation service market are introduced. And in recent years on the wind power automation service market supplier key success factors research at home and abroad outstanding research results are analyzed and summarized; The paper then describes the history and present situation of wind power industry and wind power automation service industry, summarizes the characteristics of the industry, and prospects its future development trend. In the third part, on the basis of introducing the theory of key success factor analysis, PEST analysis method and Porter's five force model are used to analyze the characteristics of wind power automation service market. After a preliminary summary of all the factors that may affect the business activities of suppliers, a typical case study of the behavior patterns of industry-led enterprises and their systematic solutions for customers in the industry is carried out. The key success factors of the industry are further screened, and the selection of the key success factors is investigated objectively by using the method of expert interview, and the key success factors are screened according to the feedback results of the experts. On the basis of this, the expert interview method and matrix analysis method are combined to evaluate and rank the importance of key success factors. Finally, nine key success factors of wind power automation service market supplier are obtained. According to the order of importance, the order is: customized service, leading professional technology, good customer relationship, high efficiency of problem handling, rich industry experience, fast service response speed, high service added value, state policy support, The market environment is relatively stable. This paper not only provides suggestions for automation suppliers to enhance market competitiveness, but also provides reference for wind power industry enterprises to evaluate and select automatic service providers. The analytical methods used in this paper can also be applied to the analysis and research of key success factors in other industries or enterprises.
