【摘要】：隨著自動化產(chǎn)品在風力發(fā)電行業(yè)的廣泛應用和制造業(yè)服務化理念的深化發(fā)展,風電自動化服務行業(yè)作為一個新興行業(yè),正在悄然興起。隨著我國風力發(fā)電行業(yè)逐漸回歸理性的穩(wěn)健發(fā)展和客戶對于自動化服務需求的不斷提高,風電自動化服務行業(yè)將日趨走向成熟,并成為自動化大鱷爭相搶奪的重要市場。本文重點采用行業(yè)領導廠商或典型企業(yè)特點分析法、專家訪談法、矩陣評價法等一系列企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理的方法,分析和識別中國風電自動化服務市場上供應商的關鍵成功因素,并對各個關鍵成功因素的重要程度進行評估和排序。 本文首先對中國風電自動化服務市場供應商關鍵成功因素研究這一課題的研究目的和意義進行了簡單的介紹,并且對近年來關于風電自動化服務市場供應商關鍵成功因素研究的國內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀的研究成果進行分析與總結；文章接下來對風電行業(yè)和風電自動化服務行業(yè)的歷史和現(xiàn)狀進行了描述,對行業(yè)特點進行了歸納和總結,并對其未來發(fā)展趨勢進行了展望；文章第三部分在介紹了關鍵成功因素分析理論的基礎之上,先后運用PEST分析法和波特五力模型等分析方法,結合風電自動化服務市場的特性,對所有可能影響供應商經(jīng)營活動的因素進行了初步總結,隨后通過對業(yè)內(nèi)領導企業(yè)行為模式以及其為該行業(yè)客戶提供系統(tǒng)性解決方案的典型案例研究,對該行業(yè)的關鍵成功因素進行進一步篩選；文章接下來使用專家訪談法,對這關鍵成功因素的選取進行客觀地調(diào)查,并根據(jù)專家意見反饋的結果,對關鍵成功因素進行篩選、修正和補充。在此基礎之上,將專家訪談法和矩陣分析法結合運用,對關鍵成功因素的重要性進行評估和排序。最終得出風電自動化服務市場供應商關鍵成功因素共九項,按照重要程度排序依次是：服務定制化、專業(yè)技術水平領先、客戶關系良好、問題處理效率高、行業(yè)經(jīng)驗豐富、服務響應速度快、服務附加值高、國家政策扶持、市場環(huán)境相對穩(wěn)定。本文不但為自動化供應商提供了提升市場競爭力的建議,也為風電行業(yè)從業(yè)企業(yè)提供了評價和選擇自動化服務供應商的參考依據(jù),文中所使用的分析方法也可以應用在其他行業(yè)或企業(yè)的關鍵成功因素分析和研究中。
[Abstract]:With the wide application of automation products in wind power industry and the deepening development of service concept in manufacturing industry, wind power automation service industry as a new industry, Wind power industry is rising quietly. With the steady development of wind power industry and the increasing demand of customers for automation service, wind power automation service industry will become mature day by day. This paper focuses on a series of strategic management methods, such as industry leading manufacturer or typical enterprise characteristic analysis method, expert interview method, matrix evaluation method and so on. The key success factors of suppliers in China wind power automation service market are analyzed and identified, and the importance of each key success factor is evaluated and ranked. In this paper, the purpose and significance of the research on the key success factors of Chinese wind power automation service market are introduced. And in recent years on the wind power automation service market supplier key success factors research at home and abroad outstanding research results are analyzed and summarized; The paper then describes the history and present situation of wind power industry and wind power automation service industry, summarizes the characteristics of the industry, and prospects its future development trend. In the third part, on the basis of introducing the theory of key success factor analysis, PEST analysis method and Porter's five force model are used to analyze the characteristics of wind power automation service market. After a preliminary summary of all the factors that may affect the business activities of suppliers, a typical case study of the behavior patterns of industry-led enterprises and their systematic solutions for customers in the industry is carried out. The key success factors of the industry are further screened, and the selection of the key success factors is investigated objectively by using the method of expert interview, and the key success factors are screened according to the feedback results of the experts. On the basis of this, the expert interview method and matrix analysis method are combined to evaluate and rank the importance of key success factors. Finally, nine key success factors of wind power automation service market supplier are obtained. According to the order of importance, the order is: customized service, leading professional technology, good customer relationship, high efficiency of problem handling, rich industry experience, fast service response speed, high service added value, state policy support, The market environment is relatively stable. This paper not only provides suggestions for automation suppliers to enhance market competitiveness, but also provides reference for wind power industry enterprises to evaluate and select automatic service providers. The analytical methods used in this paper can also be applied to the analysis and research of key success factors in other industries or enterprises.
