【摘要】：近年來，新能源的發(fā)展非常迅速，作為新能源中一個重要的組成部分，鋰電池在我國的發(fā)展也處于非常重要的位置。在國家的政策鼓勵下，各地出現(xiàn)了大量新興的鋰電池企業(yè)，造成鋰電池產能急劇增加，，為了在如此激烈的競爭中獲得更大的市場份額，迫切需要企業(yè)注重自身工藝及質量的改進，提高產品質量。精益生產作為一種重要的企業(yè)管理理念，對企業(yè)的長遠發(fā)展、質量提升、工程改進等具有深遠而重要的影響。尤其在二十一世紀的今天，各個行業(yè)包括鋰電行業(yè)客戶需求的快速變化、產品壽命周期的縮短都給企業(yè)的經營管理帶來巨大的挑戰(zhàn)，迫切需要提升企業(yè)的反應速度和核心競爭力。 本論文介紹了鋰電行業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀及巨大的發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ攸c闡述了鋰電行業(yè)中物流、工藝與信息追溯的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和未來的發(fā)展趨勢。結合到精益生產理論的深入研究，認為鋰電行業(yè)的發(fā)展必須建立在精益思想的前提下去開展。本論文以鋰電池生產過程作為研究對象，作者結合7年來的鋰電池工藝方面的工作經驗，重點分析了天津力神電池股份有限公司聚合物事業(yè)部在裝配階段的物流、工藝及追溯方案等方面對精益與物流管理思想的具體使用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the development of new energy is very fast. As an important part of new energy, lithium battery is also in a very important position in our country. In order to gain more market share in such fierce competition, it is urgent for enterprises to pay attention to the improvement of their own technology and quality and improve the quality of products. Lean production is an important enterprise management concept. It has a profound and important impact on the long-term development of enterprises, quality improvement, engineering improvement, etc. Especially today in 21th century, the customer needs of various industries, including the lithium electricity industry, have changed rapidly. The shortening of product life cycle brings great challenges to the management of enterprises. It is urgent to improve the response speed and core competitiveness of enterprises. This paper introduces the present situation and great development potential of lithium electricity industry, and emphasizes on the development status and future development trend of logistics, process and information traceability in lithium electricity industry. It is believed that the development of lithium electricity industry must be carried out on the premise of lean thinking. In this paper, the production process of lithium battery is taken as the research object, and the author combines seven years of working experience in lithium battery technology. The application of Lean and logistics management ideas in the assembly stage of Polymer Division of Tianjin Li-shen Battery Co., Ltd. is emphatically analyzed.
