【摘要】：礦山儲(chǔ)量動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)管制度是2006年以來(lái)我國(guó)加強(qiáng)礦產(chǎn)資源開(kāi)發(fā)階段資源儲(chǔ)量管理的一項(xiàng)重要制度。目前,我國(guó)已總體全面建立礦山儲(chǔ)量動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)管制度。但是,從各地實(shí)踐中也暴露出一些問(wèn)題,影響了我國(guó)礦山儲(chǔ)量動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)管制度的深入推進(jìn)和持續(xù)有效開(kāi)展。以遼寧省為例,在介紹遼寧省礦山儲(chǔ)量動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)管的主要做法、取得的有益經(jīng)驗(yàn)及分析其存在的主要問(wèn)題的基礎(chǔ)上,提出應(yīng)增加監(jiān)測(cè)頻率、提高監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)的真實(shí)可靠性等相關(guān)對(duì)策建議,為我國(guó)礦山儲(chǔ)量管理制度的完善提供借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:The dynamic supervision system of mine reserves is an important system to strengthen the management of resources and reserves in the stage of mineral resources development since 2006. At present, the dynamic supervision system of mine reserves has been established in China as a whole. Some problems have also been exposed from the practice in various places, which have affected the deep promotion and continuous and effective development of the dynamic supervision system of mine reserves in China. Taking Liaoning Province as an example, this paper introduces the main methods of dynamic supervision of mine reserves in Liaoning Province. On the basis of the beneficial experience obtained and the analysis of the main problems, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, such as increasing the monitoring frequency and improving the true reliability of the monitoring data, so as to provide reference and reference for the perfection of the mine reserves management system in China.
