【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)向全球化趨勢不斷發(fā)展,市場競爭也越發(fā)激烈,越來越多的企業(yè)和組織認(rèn)識到一個企業(yè)想在市場競爭中獲得一席之地,就必須重視技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,技術(shù)創(chuàng)新已成為影響企業(yè)生存發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵要素之一。壓縮機(jī)行業(yè)主要領(lǐng)先技術(shù)被少數(shù)歐美國家和日本掌握,但技術(shù)創(chuàng)新活動十分活躍,伴隨著技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,市場競爭格局也有所變化。我國壓縮機(jī)的制造企業(yè)通過加強(qiáng)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,拓寬創(chuàng)新渠道,在逐漸追趕國際領(lǐng)先技術(shù),并在高端壓縮機(jī)制造領(lǐng)域不斷縮小甚至追平與國外同行的差距。CTY公司是位于沈陽的一家以工藝用往復(fù)式壓縮機(jī)生產(chǎn)制造為主要業(yè)務(wù)的民營企業(yè),伴隨著下游制造業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,壓縮機(jī)行業(yè)近年來的市場發(fā)展態(tài)勢也十分良好。本文以CTY公司的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新管理戰(zhàn)略為研究主題,在綜述技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、戰(zhàn)略管理和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,通過對CTY公司技術(shù)創(chuàng)新環(huán)境戰(zhàn)略的分析,構(gòu)建該公司的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略,并圍繞戰(zhàn)略制定實施辦法,主要內(nèi)容為:(1)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境的分析。通過PEST分析和五力分析的方法對企業(yè)的外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析。從公司的概況、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新管理現(xiàn)狀及問題和SWOT分析對公司的內(nèi)部環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析。(2)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)建。以技術(shù)創(chuàng)新環(huán)境戰(zhàn)略分析為基礎(chǔ),量化CTY公司技術(shù)創(chuàng)新技術(shù)戰(zhàn)略的目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向,從拓展多元化的能源市場領(lǐng)域、提高質(zhì)量、節(jié)能降耗、逐步推進(jìn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化設(shè)計、追求研發(fā)深度、打造技術(shù)差異化五個方面來確定技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略的總體選擇,制定技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的具體內(nèi)容,同時防范技術(shù)創(chuàng)新中的風(fēng)險,加強(qiáng)知識產(chǎn)品的保護(hù),確定技術(shù)創(chuàng)新文化戰(zhàn)略。(3)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略實施。為確保技術(shù)創(chuàng)新總體戰(zhàn)略的順利開展,明確技術(shù)創(chuàng)新組織結(jié)構(gòu),界定技術(shù)中心各部門的職責(zé),制定技術(shù)人才培養(yǎng)5年規(guī)劃,從物質(zhì)、情感、發(fā)展和精神性激勵四個方面實施激勵機(jī)制,強(qiáng)化創(chuàng)新意識,提高學(xué)習(xí)能力,在技術(shù)創(chuàng)新制度上從組織、人事、分配三個方面進(jìn)行規(guī)劃。論文所研究的對象是我國典型的制造業(yè)中型民營企業(yè),具有一定的代表性,本文得出的結(jié)論對相關(guān)企業(yè)都有一定的借鑒意義,希望能夠給類似企業(yè)一些借鑒幫助和指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:With the economic globalization trend of development, the market competition is more intense, more and more enterprises and organizations recognize that an enterprise wants to get a space for one person in the market competition, we must pay attention to the technology innovation, technology innovation has become one of the key to the survival and development of enterprises. The main compressor industry leading technology by a handful of European and American countries and Japan master, but technological innovation is very active, with technological innovation, market competition has also changed. The compressor manufacturing enterprises in China through strengthening technological innovation, broaden the channels for innovation and gradually catch up with international advanced technology, and in the field of high-end compressor manufacturing continued to narrow the gap with foreign counterparts even tied.CTY company is located in Shenyang a process for reciprocating compressor manufacturing as the main business of private enterprises, with the continuous development of downstream manufacturing industry The exhibition, the development trend of market in recent years, the compressor industry is also very good. In this paper, the technology innovation management strategy of CTY company as the research subject, reviewed the related literatures of technological innovation, strategic management and technological innovation strategy, through the analysis of the strategic environment of technological innovation of CTY company, to build the company's technological innovation strategy and formulate implementation measures around the strategy, the main contents are as follows: (1) analysis of the strategic environment of technological innovation. Through the analysis method of PEST analysis and five on the external environment of the enterprise were analyzed. From the overview of the company, technology innovation management and the current situation and SWOT analysis of the company's internal environment analysis (2) construction. In the environment of technological innovation strategy. (3) the implementation of technology innovation strategy in order to ensure the overall strategy of technological innovation.
