【摘要】：豐田公司的快速發(fā)展與持續(xù)成功使得它成為國內(nèi)制造企業(yè)的學(xué)習(xí)對象�？墒�,在學(xué)習(xí)與模仿的過程中,卻很少有企業(yè)能夠真正地將豐田的"持續(xù)改善"落到實(shí)處并取得成功。文章通過案例研究的方式,對豐田"持續(xù)改善"文化的形成過程和組織化過程進(jìn)行了分析,揭示了"持續(xù)改善"難以簡單模仿和成為豐田可持續(xù)競爭優(yōu)勢來源的原因,并提出了豐田"持續(xù)改善"實(shí)踐的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Toyota's rapid development and continued success have made it a learning object for domestic manufacturers. However, in the process of learning and imitation, However, few enterprises can really put Toyota's "continuous improvement" into practice and achieve success. This paper analyzes the forming and organizing process of Toyota's "continuous improvement" culture through case study. This paper reveals the reason why "continuous improvement" is difficult to imitate and becomes the source of Toyota's sustainable competitive advantage, and puts forward the reference significance of Toyota's practice of "continuous improvement".
