【摘要】：現(xiàn)金流是一個(gè)很非常先進(jìn)的理念,它對(duì)于大部分企業(yè)的成功和失敗都有著一定的影響。眾多的研究表明,國(guó)內(nèi)外企業(yè)的倒閉主要?dú)w因于現(xiàn)金流的管理不當(dāng)造成企業(yè)的資金鏈斷裂,如巨人集團(tuán)、聯(lián)合航空和安然等大公司破產(chǎn)倒閉事件的發(fā)生,縱然其產(chǎn)品或服務(wù)質(zhì)量或出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題,但最主要的是其現(xiàn)金流的管理不善,引起現(xiàn)金流斷裂,最終導(dǎo)致公司的財(cái)務(wù)危機(jī)而倒閉。因此,作為中小企業(yè)的決策者,要深刻認(rèn)識(shí)到現(xiàn)金流管理對(duì)企業(yè)的重要性,它的好壞可以促進(jìn)也可以制約企業(yè)的發(fā)展,要管理好企業(yè)的現(xiàn)金流就要求決策者不只是做到一個(gè)單純財(cái)務(wù)層面的管理,而是要了解企業(yè)現(xiàn)金流轉(zhuǎn)的過(guò)程,掌握企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)的真實(shí)狀況,通過(guò)對(duì)現(xiàn)金流量表的分析來(lái)發(fā)現(xiàn)企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)過(guò)程中所存在的問(wèn)題,并制定正確的企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略來(lái)解決問(wèn)題,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)的持續(xù)發(fā)展。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)光塑機(jī)械公司現(xiàn)金流的分析,來(lái)研究和探討該公司在管理上,尤其是在內(nèi)部控制管理上的問(wèn)題,找出解決辦法,希望讓公司走出發(fā)展的瓶頸,實(shí)現(xiàn)自己的發(fā)展目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Cash flow is a very advanced idea, it has a certain impact on the success and failure of most enterprises. The failure of enterprises at home and abroad is mainly attributed to the mismanagement of cash flow, which results in the breakage of the capital chain of enterprises, such as giant group, United Airlines and Enron, even though the quality of their products or services or problems occur. But the most important thing is the mismanagement of cash flow, which leads to the breakage of cash flow, and finally leads to the financial crisis of the company. Therefore, as the decision-maker of small and medium-sized enterprises, we should realize the importance of cash flow management to the enterprise. Its good or bad can promote or restrict the development of the enterprise. To manage the cash flow of the enterprise well, the decision maker is required not only to manage the financial level, but also to understand the process of the cash flow of the enterprise. By analyzing the cash flow statement, we can find out the problems existing in the process of enterprise management, and formulate the correct enterprise strategy to solve the problem, so as to realize the sustainable development of the enterprise. Through the analysis of cash flow of photoplastic machinery company, this paper studies and discusses the problems in the management of the company, especially in the internal control management, and finds out the solution, hoping to let the company out of the bottleneck of development. Realize one's own development goals.
