【摘要】:隨著改革開(kāi)放的發(fā)展,中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)也正在以高速持續(xù)的發(fā)展,人民生活水平也在逐漸提高。國(guó)有企業(yè)在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中一直處于主導(dǎo)地位,在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展過(guò)程中貢獻(xiàn)了非常重要的力量。因此,為了提高國(guó)有企業(yè)在國(guó)際市場(chǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,我國(guó)正在積極進(jìn)行國(guó)有企業(yè)的改革,通過(guò)全面加強(qiáng)企業(yè)管理,建立現(xiàn)代化的企業(yè)制度,為國(guó)有企業(yè)的發(fā)展創(chuàng)造新機(jī)遇。作為蘭州最大的建設(shè)企業(yè),ZSY建設(shè)公司經(jīng)營(yíng)業(yè)績(jī)的好壞也會(huì)影響到政府的財(cái)政收入和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,企業(yè)承擔(dān)的社會(huì)責(zé)任也在企業(yè)壯大的同時(shí)逐漸加重。同時(shí)由于ZSY建設(shè)公司發(fā)展歷史悠久,存在很多歷史遺留問(wèn)題需要解決。ZSY建設(shè)公司必須根據(jù)自身的具體情況進(jìn)行定位,在發(fā)展中不斷提高管理水平,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 戰(zhàn)略的形成階段也就是戰(zhàn)略的制定階段,戰(zhàn)略的評(píng)價(jià)階段也就是戰(zhàn)略管理分析的過(guò)程,本文基于ZSY建設(shè)公司的發(fā)展背景著重對(duì)這兩個(gè)階段進(jìn)行分析。首先使用戰(zhàn)略管理的理論和工具對(duì)ZSY建設(shè)公司目前的外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析和評(píng)價(jià)。就外部宏觀環(huán)境、石油行業(yè)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r和ZSY建設(shè)公司目前的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)地位進(jìn)行分析和評(píng)價(jià),并由此確定ZSY建設(shè)公司目前面臨的外部機(jī)會(huì)和威脅。其次主要是根據(jù)企業(yè)的資源優(yōu)勢(shì)和市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情況,使用多種分析方法和手段列出可供選擇的戰(zhàn)略方案,并從有助于戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)實(shí)現(xiàn)的角度出發(fā),以適用性、可接受性和可行性為原則,進(jìn)行定性和定量的評(píng)價(jià),從而正式形成ZSY建設(shè)公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃。最后針對(duì)ZSY建設(shè)公司的現(xiàn)狀,按照企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的具體要求,對(duì)戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施造成影響的因素進(jìn)行分析,從而保障戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的結(jié)果與戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)不發(fā)生偏移,否則戰(zhàn)略不僅不會(huì)適應(yīng)管理的具體需求,還會(huì)影響企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the development of reform and opening up, the Chinese economy is developing at a high speed and the living standards of the people are also gradually improving. State-owned enterprises have always been in the leading position in the development of the national economy. Therefore, in order to improve the competitiveness of state-owned enterprises in the international market, China is actively carrying out the reform of state-owned enterprises, by comprehensively strengthening enterprise management, The establishment of a modern enterprise system will create new opportunities for the development of state-owned enterprises. As the largest construction enterprise in Lanzhou, the performance of ZSY construction company will also affect the government's financial revenue and economic development. At the same time, the social responsibility of the enterprise is also gradually aggravated while the enterprise is growing. At the same time, because of the long history of ZSY construction company, there are many problems left over from history that need to be solved. ZSY construction company must be positioned according to its own specific situation. In the development of continuous improvement of management, to achieve sustainable development of enterprises. The forming stage of strategy is the stage of strategy formulation, and the stage of strategy evaluation is the process of strategic management analysis. Based on the development background of ZSY Construction Company, this paper focuses on the analysis of these two stages. Firstly, using the theory and tools of strategic management to analyze and evaluate the current external environment of ZSY Construction Company. The development of petroleum industry and the current competitive position of ZSY construction company are analyzed and evaluated, and the external opportunities and threats faced by ZSY construction company are determined. Secondly, according to the resource advantage and market competition of the enterprise, Using a variety of analytical methods and tools to list the strategic options available and to undertake qualitative and quantitative evaluations, based on the principles of applicability, acceptability and feasibility, from a perspective that contributes to the achievement of the strategic objectives, Finally, according to the current situation of the ZSY construction company, according to the specific requirements of the implementation of the enterprise strategy, the factors that affect the implementation of the strategy are analyzed. Therefore, the result of the strategy implementation and the strategic goal will not be offset, otherwise the strategy will not only not meet the specific needs of management, but also affect the sustainable development of enterprises.
