【摘要】:當前,企業(yè)在發(fā)展中面臨的國際國內形勢更為復雜多變。從國際來看,隨著全球經(jīng)濟一體化的不斷推進,經(jīng)濟之間的相互影響作用不斷加強,這使得經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的不利因素帶來的影響范圍也更廣。公司很難預測到所有的不利影響并事先采取對策。從國內來看,我國新一屆政府表現(xiàn)出了很強的轉變經(jīng)濟增長方式的決心,經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中面臨的不確定性增加。但同時我國城市化進程的進一步發(fā)展,經(jīng)濟的較快增長也為企業(yè)發(fā)展帶來了一定的發(fā)展機遇。并且,隨著我國經(jīng)濟的進步,更多地行業(yè)呈現(xiàn)出激烈競爭的特點。復雜多變的國際國內環(huán)境以及行業(yè)激烈的競爭對企業(yè)的生產經(jīng)營產生重大影響。因此,清晰的認識企業(yè)面臨的外部一般經(jīng)濟環(huán)境、行業(yè)環(huán)境以及企業(yè)內部環(huán)境,根據(jù)企業(yè)的使命遠景,制定適合的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,進行全局的籌劃和指導,在競爭激烈、環(huán)境復雜多變的當今顯得尤為重要。 本文在對企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理理論進行介紹的基礎上。首先利用PEST分析、行業(yè)生命周期模型、五力模型、SWOT模型等系統(tǒng)地分析了中鐵大橋勘測設計院集團有限公司(以下簡稱“大橋院”)面臨的一般宏觀環(huán)境、行業(yè)環(huán)境、內部環(huán)境以及核心競爭力之所在。根據(jù)分析結果本文認為大橋院公司整體應采取以公司核心競爭力為基礎的相關多元化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,即“以橋為主、多元并進”;诖髽蛟核幍男袠I(yè)環(huán)境呈現(xiàn)競爭激烈的特征以及其自身業(yè)務的性質,公司應特別注重營銷戰(zhàn)略、人才戰(zhàn)略以及科技創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略對公司整體戰(zhàn)略實現(xiàn)的幫助作用。雖然公司的組織結構、領導層以及公司內部的資源能力等因素對公司“以橋為主、多元并進”戰(zhàn)略的實現(xiàn)創(chuàng)造了有利條件。但是依然應該注重相關專業(yè)人才的培育以及資質的進一步擴展等問題。 本文對于大橋院在未來的發(fā)展中運用自身的優(yōu)勢并不斷彌補自身不足,以抓住機遇應對威脅具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:At present, the international and domestic situations facing enterprises in development are more complex and changeable. From the international perspective, with the continuous development of global economic integration, the interaction between economies is constantly strengthened. This makes the negative factors of economic development more widespread. It is very difficult for companies to predict all the adverse effects and take countermeasures beforehand. Domestically, the new government of our country has shown a strong determination to change the mode of economic growth. The uncertainty in economic development is increasing. But at the same time, with the further development of China's urbanization process, the rapid economic growth has also brought certain opportunities for the development of enterprises. Moreover, with the progress of our economy, More industries are characterized by fierce competition. The complex and changeable international and domestic environment and the fierce competition in the industry have a significant impact on the production and operation of enterprises. Therefore, it is clear to understand the external general economic environment that enterprises are facing. The industry environment and the enterprise internal environment, according to the enterprise mission vision, the formulation suitable development strategy, carries on the overall situation plan and the instruction, in the competition intense, the environment complex and changeable present appears to be particularly important. Based on the introduction of enterprise strategic management theory, this paper first uses PEST analysis, industry life cycle model, The five-force model and SWOT model are used to systematically analyze the general macro environment and industry environment faced by China Railway Bridge Survey and Design Institute Group Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Bridge Institute"). According to the result of the analysis, the author thinks that the whole company should adopt the diversified development strategy based on the core competence of the company, that is, "bridge is the main factor," In view of the intense competition and the nature of its own business, the company should pay special attention to its marketing strategy. The role of talent strategy and science and technology innovation strategy in the realization of the overall strategy of the company. The realization of the strategy of "multiple and simultaneous development" has created favorable conditions, but we should still pay attention to the cultivation of relevant professional talents and the further expansion of qualifications and so on. This paper is of great significance for the bridge yard to use its own advantages in the future development and constantly make up for its own shortcomings in order to seize the opportunity to deal with threats.
