【摘要】：正1前言重慶作為中國第四大鞋類生產(chǎn)基地,至今已有100余年生產(chǎn)皮鞋的歷史,是重慶重點富民產(chǎn)業(yè)之一。作為勞動密集型產(chǎn)業(yè)所提供的就業(yè)崗位對重慶這樣的勞動力大省具有很強的現(xiàn)實意義。其次制鞋產(chǎn)業(yè)作為重慶傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè),對增加農(nóng)民收入、積累資金、出口創(chuàng)匯、繁榮市場、提高城鎮(zhèn)化水平、帶動相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)和促進區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展具有積極作用。中國已是世界皮革產(chǎn)品加工中心和貿(mào)易中心,而重慶皮鞋產(chǎn)業(yè)卻一直處于尷尬位置,"西部鞋都"的稱號幾乎被成都所取代。所以如何認清自己存在的問題而準確定位,采取何種行之有效的手段促使鞋業(yè)壯大,是重慶市政府以及企業(yè)共同關(guān)注的問題。
[Abstract]:As the 4th largest shoe production base in China, Chongqing has a history of producing leather shoes for more than 100 years. As a labor-intensive industry, the jobs provided by Chongqing are of great practical significance to a large labor force province such as Chongqing. Secondly, as a traditional industry in Chongqing, the shoemaking industry is of great practical significance to increase farmers' income. The accumulation of funds, the export of foreign exchange earnings, the prosperity of the market, the improvement of the level of urbanization, the promotion of related industries and the promotion of regional economic development have played a positive role. China has become a processing center and a trade center for leather products in the world. However, the leather shoes industry in Chongqing has always been in an awkward position, and the title of "western shoe capital" has almost been replaced by Chengdu. Is the Chongqing municipal government and the enterprise common concern question.
