【摘要】:當前,制造企業(yè)面臨著市場競爭激烈、客戶需求多變、客戶訂單提前期短、原材料采購周期長、原材料價格不斷上漲等問題,這些問題對原材料庫存管理提出了新的更高要求。庫存特別是原材料庫存需要占用大量的流動資金,優(yōu)化的原材料庫存控制能有效地降低企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)制造成本,同時保證了原材料供應的可靠性,實現(xiàn)最低成本準時交貨,從而最大程度滿足客戶的需求。因此原材料庫存控制越來越為企業(yè)所重視,優(yōu)化庫存控制、降低庫存成本是也成為庫存管理的關鍵。 本文首先了闡述庫存的基本概念及分類,剖析了庫存成本和庫存的作用,系統(tǒng)回顧了傳統(tǒng)庫存管理理論和現(xiàn)代庫存管理研究的發(fā)展,介紹了幾種傳統(tǒng)的庫存控制方法和供應鏈下的庫存管理問題。其次結合SY精密機械公司原材料庫存控制的真實案例,以現(xiàn)代庫存管理理論為指導,剖析了影響SY公司原材料庫存管理的主要因素,在明確庫存優(yōu)化目標的基礎上,對原材料庫存管理優(yōu)化進行了研究。再次對原材料實施ABC分類,確定了不同的庫存管理策略,研究了生產(chǎn)需求預測方法,并針對主要影響庫存的A類原材料,運用經(jīng)濟批量模型、再訂貨點理論等理論原理和工具,研究了A類原材料的安全庫存、訂貨批量、訂貨點,切實地優(yōu)化了主要原材料的庫存控制模型。最后針對SY公司生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營管理方面存在的不足,對保障庫存優(yōu)化實施所需的配套管理措施進行了研究。 本文旨在通過對SY精密機械公司原材料庫存控制進行分析,研究如何優(yōu)化庫存管理和控制系統(tǒng),以期提高原材料庫存控制水平,降低生產(chǎn)制造成本,對提高產(chǎn)品競爭能力和企業(yè)利潤水平起到幫助,同時提高企業(yè)管理者對原材料庫存成本控制的認識和重視水平,對相關企業(yè)和中小型制造行業(yè)起到借鑒和指導作用。
[Abstract]:At present, manufacturing enterprises are faced with fierce market competition, changeable customer demand, short lead time for customer orders, long purchasing cycle of raw materials, rising prices of raw materials, etc. These problems put forward new and higher requirements for raw material inventory management. Inventory, especially raw material inventory, requires a large amount of liquid capital, and optimization of raw material inventory control can effectively reduce the production and manufacturing costs of enterprises. At the same time, it ensures the reliability of raw material supply, realizes the lowest cost on time delivery, thus meets the customer's demand to the greatest extent. Therefore, the raw material inventory control is paid more and more attention by the enterprise, and the inventory control is optimized. Reducing inventory cost is also the key to inventory management. Firstly, this paper expounds the basic concept and classification of inventory, analyzes the function of inventory cost and inventory, and systematically reviews the development of traditional inventory management theory and modern inventory management research. This paper introduces several traditional inventory control methods and inventory management problems under supply chain. Secondly, combined with the real case of raw material inventory control in sy Precision Machinery Company, the modern inventory management theory is used as the guide. This paper analyzes the main factors affecting raw material inventory management in sy Company, studies the optimization of raw material inventory management on the basis of defining the objectives of inventory optimization. Again, the ABC classification of raw materials is carried out, and different inventory management strategies are determined. This paper studies the forecasting method of production demand, and applies the economic lot model, reorder point theory and other theoretical principles and tools to study the safe stock, order batch and order point of class A raw materials, which mainly affect the inventory. The inventory control model of main raw materials is optimized. Finally, aiming at the shortage of production and operation management in sy Company, the necessary management measures to ensure the optimal implementation of inventory are studied. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the inventory control of raw materials in sy Precision Machinery Company, and to study how to optimize the inventory management and control system in order to improve the inventory control level of raw materials and reduce the manufacturing cost. It can help to improve the competitive ability and profit level of enterprises, at the same time, improve the understanding and attention of managers to the cost control of raw materials inventory, and play a reference and guidance role for related enterprises and small and medium-sized manufacturing industries.
