【摘要】:“十一五”期間,全球經(jīng)濟延續(xù)了從本世紀初開始的景氣周期。在這個大背景下,我國PCB線路板制造業(yè)獲得了新一輪的加速發(fā)展,出現(xiàn)了對PCB微鉆針極其強勁的需求,帶動了中國PCB微鉆針行業(yè)的高速發(fā)展!笆濉逼陂g的PCB微鉆針市場可望以高于全球平均增速3倍的速度繼續(xù)平穩(wěn)、快速的發(fā)展。但與此同時,電子產(chǎn)品進入微利時代,價格戰(zhàn)改變了供應鏈。提高供應鏈管理水平,是每一個PCB微鉆針制造商應該積極思考和努力嘗試的事情,能否實現(xiàn)長遠發(fā)展、達到利潤目標,就需要優(yōu)化、完善供應鏈,這將是一場決定行業(yè)發(fā)展前途的嚴重挑戰(zhàn)。 本文以高科技制造企業(yè)的供應鏈優(yōu)化作為主要研究方向,在過去幾十年供應鏈管理的理論基礎之上,探討和分析了PCB微鉆針行業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀與未來發(fā)展趨勢。以新野鼎泰公司供應鏈優(yōu)化作為典型,詳細分析了新野鼎泰供應鏈的現(xiàn)狀、特點以及存在的問題,提出了優(yōu)化供應鏈的三大原則和三個優(yōu)化策略,并對新野鼎泰供應鏈中四個具體模式的優(yōu)化方案進行了詳細介紹。本文旨在逐步完善新野鼎泰供應鏈的管理體系,并對其他高科技制造企業(yè)的供應鏈優(yōu)化有一定的啟示意義。
[Abstract]:During the 11th Five-Year Plan period, the global economy continued the boom cycle that began at the beginning of this century. Against this background, China's PCB circuit board manufacturing industry has gained a new round of accelerated development, and there is a very strong demand for PCB microdrill needles. The PCB microdrill needle market during the 12th Five-Year Plan period is expected to continue to develop steadily and rapidly at a speed three times higher than the global average growth rate. But at the same time, electronic products have entered an era of small profits. Price war has changed the supply chain. To improve the supply chain management level, every PCB microdrill needle manufacturer should actively consider and try hard to achieve long-term development, to achieve profit goals, we need to optimize, improve the supply chain. This will be a serious challenge that will determine the future of the industry. In this paper, the supply chain optimization of high-tech manufacturing enterprises as the main research direction, based on the theory of supply chain management in the past decades, This paper discusses and analyzes the present situation and future development trend of PCB microdrill needle industry. Taking the supply chain optimization of Xinye Dingtai Company as a typical example, this paper analyzes in detail the present situation, characteristics and existing problems of Xinye Dingtai supply chain. This paper puts forward three principles and three optimization strategies of optimizing supply chain, and introduces in detail the optimization scheme of four specific modes in Xinye Dingtai supply chain. The purpose of this paper is to improve the management system of Xinye Dingtai supply chain step by step. And it has some enlightening significance for other high-tech manufacturing enterprises to optimize their supply chain.
