基于系統(tǒng)動力學的工程機械再制造供應鏈決策系統(tǒng)的研究與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟生活在滿足人們對各類工業(yè)產(chǎn)品越來越高需求的同時,也產(chǎn)生了資源浪費、能源短缺等諸多環(huán)境能源問題,改變生活、生產(chǎn)方式成為其解決之道,再制造這種新型生產(chǎn)方式就屬于其中之一,并受到全社會的關注。而伴隨著再制造的發(fā)展,舊件回收、再制造加工和銷售的不確定性對再制造的決策管理造成了困難。本文具體針對某工程機械再制造企業(yè)遇到的問題,運用系統(tǒng)動力學仿真方法,建立工程機械再制造供應鏈決策支持系統(tǒng),為管理者選擇合理有效的決策方案提供分析工具。本文主要研究內(nèi)容如下: 第一步進行系統(tǒng)分析。首先,研究工程機械再制造過程中存在的問題,并對本文決策系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務需求和所需研究方法進行簡要分析。其次,對再制造供應鏈的網(wǎng)絡和業(yè)務流程進行總體分析,并詳細地分析了本文決策系統(tǒng)的功能結(jié)構(gòu)。另外,著重研究了系統(tǒng)中各模塊的數(shù)據(jù)流程,并進行功能分析和繪制數(shù)據(jù)流程圖。這一步主要為系統(tǒng)設計提供數(shù)據(jù)分析基礎。 第二步進行系統(tǒng)仿真模型設計。建立了工程機械再制造供應鏈決策系統(tǒng)的仿真模型,并完成模型中參數(shù)和數(shù)學方程式的設置。通過仿真分析檢驗模型的有效性,以及實現(xiàn)了對再制造處理過程的仿真。最后,將其模型內(nèi)部仿真運算過程用于指導本文決策系統(tǒng)算法程序的設計。 第三步完成系統(tǒng)的設計及開發(fā)。首先,完成了決策系統(tǒng)的總體架構(gòu)設計、數(shù)據(jù)庫配置和數(shù)據(jù)表設計,并對查詢、系統(tǒng)動力學仿真算法、量本利分析和決策樹分析這四項方法的程序進行詳細設計。然后,基于功能結(jié)構(gòu)的設計,利用.NET開發(fā)框架完成了系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)的搭建及功能界面的設計,并通過系統(tǒng)評估檢驗了該平臺的有效性。
[Abstract]:Modern economic life not only meets the increasing demand for various industrial products, but also produces a lot of environmental energy problems, such as waste of resources, energy shortage and so on. This new mode of production of remanufacturing is one of them, and has attracted the attention of the whole society. With the development of remanufacturing, old parts are recycled. The uncertainty of remanufacturing processing and sales makes the decision management of remanufacturing difficult. In this paper, aiming at the problems encountered by a remanufacturing enterprise of construction machinery, the simulation method of system dynamics is used. A decision support system for remanufacturing supply chain of construction machinery is established to provide analysis tools for managers to choose reasonable and effective decision plans. The main contents of this paper are as follows:. The first step is system analysis. Firstly, the problems existing in the remanufacturing process of construction machinery are studied, and the business requirements and necessary research methods of the decision-making system are briefly analyzed. The network and business process of the remanufacturing supply chain are analyzed in general, and the function structure of the decision system is analyzed in detail. In addition, the data flow of each module in the system is studied emphatically. Function analysis and data flow chart are carried out. This step provides data analysis basis for system design. In the second step, the system simulation model is designed. The simulation model of the supply chain decision system for remanufacturing of construction machinery is established, and the parameters and mathematical equations in the model are set up. The validity of the model is verified by simulation analysis. Finally, the internal simulation process of the model is used to guide the design of the algorithm program of the decision system in this paper. The third step is to complete the design and development of the system. Firstly, the overall architecture design, database configuration and data table design of the decision-making system are completed. Then, based on the design of functional structure, using .NET development framework to complete the system architecture and functional interface design, the four methods of quantitative cost-benefit analysis and decision tree analysis are designed in detail. The effectiveness of the platform is verified by systematic evaluation.
