【摘要】：企業(yè)文化建設(shè)是促進企業(yè)發(fā)展的重要的環(huán)節(jié)，特別是精神文化建設(shè)尤其重要。而文體活動作為精神文化生活的主要體現(xiàn)，大力開展文體活動有利于增強員工活力、規(guī)范員工行為、加強人際交流與溝通、倡導(dǎo)積極向上的工作氛圍。目前，基層工會組織開展文體活動時存在著管理不夠?qū)I(yè)、組織不夠完善、實施不夠細(xì)致等缺點。這嚴(yán)重的妨礙了企業(yè)文化精神方面的建設(shè)。針對這些問題，文章對項目管理的相關(guān)概念做了界定和分析，并重點研究了項目管理中的項目進度計劃與控制，研究發(fā)現(xiàn)項目進度計劃與控制可以促進活動組織管理的科學(xué)化、精細(xì)化、合理化；充分發(fā)揮工會基層工會的組織優(yōu)勢，堅持以人為本、以職工為本的原則，推動企業(yè)和諧發(fā)展，促進職工隊伍建設(shè)，達(dá)到了對內(nèi)提高整體素質(zhì)、對外樹立良好形象的目的。 最后文章以重慶電力某基層工會組織開展的2011年春節(jié)聯(lián)歡晚會為例，對項目計劃和控制管理進行了研究探討，通過理論結(jié)合實際的研究，給出了春晚項目管理有效的操作方法，，以達(dá)到營造特色企業(yè)文體活動的文化機制和氛圍。
[Abstract]:The construction of enterprise culture is an important link to promote the development of enterprises, especially the construction of spiritual culture. Standardizing employee behavior, strengthening interpersonal communication and communication, advocating a positive working atmosphere. At present, grass-roots trade union organizations do not have enough professional management and inadequate organization to carry out recreational and cultural activities. This seriously hinders the construction of the spirit of enterprise culture. In view of these problems, the paper defines and analyzes the related concepts of project management. It also focuses on the project schedule and control in project management, and finds that the project schedule and control can promote the scientific, meticulous and rational organization and management of activities, and give full play to the organizational advantages of trade unions at the grass-roots level. Adhere to the principle of people-oriented, staff-oriented, promote the harmonious development of enterprises, promote the construction of staff and workers, to achieve the purpose of improving the overall quality of the internal and external establishment of a good image. Finally, taking the 2011 Spring Festival Gala held by a grass-roots trade union organization of Chongqing Electric Power Company as an example, the project planning and control management are studied and discussed. The effective operation method of project management of Spring Festival Gala is given in order to create the cultural mechanism and atmosphere of the characteristic enterprise's cultural and cultural activities.
