【摘要】：近年來,隨著國民經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,我國的建筑行業(yè)也發(fā)展迅速,工程建筑項目的規(guī)模和難度都在不斷增大,這在給建筑企業(yè)帶來機遇的同時也帶來了許多新的挑戰(zhàn)。而且,建筑企業(yè)自身資源有限,面對供不應(yīng)求的市場需求,實行多項目管理已成為常態(tài)。多項目管理則對企業(yè)的項目管理水平要求更高,因此如何提高和改善建筑企業(yè)的管理水平已成為提高企業(yè)競爭力的重要途徑。其中,提高管理水平的一個前提就是建立合適的組織結(jié)構(gòu),在此基礎(chǔ)上創(chuàng)建相應(yīng)的管理系統(tǒng),并逐步建立符合市場經(jīng)濟要求的運行機制,提高企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟效益。 本文主要研究了組織結(jié)構(gòu)的概念、特征、分類及如何根據(jù)企業(yè)自身實際情況選擇合適的組織結(jié)構(gòu)。文章首先研究了幾種傳統(tǒng)的組織結(jié)構(gòu)：職能式組織結(jié)構(gòu)、項目式組織結(jié)構(gòu)、事業(yè)部制組織結(jié)構(gòu)以及矩陣式組織結(jié)構(gòu)的主要特征,分析了它們各自的優(yōu)缺點以及適用范圍。重點研究了目前比較流行的組織結(jié)構(gòu)形式——矩陣式組織結(jié)構(gòu),分析了矩陣組織的產(chǎn)生過程以及構(gòu)建矩陣組織的條件,并總結(jié)出實施矩陣式組織結(jié)構(gòu)能使企業(yè)的人力資源得到充分利用,大大提高了工作效率。接著,文章還在矩陣式組織結(jié)構(gòu)的研究基礎(chǔ)上提出了一種較創(chuàng)新的“矩陣式事業(yè)部制”組織結(jié)構(gòu),這種組織結(jié)構(gòu)不僅保留了原先矩陣式和事業(yè)部制組織結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)點,還消除了各自的缺點,是一種值得廣泛推廣的新型組織結(jié)構(gòu)。 最后,文章以作者本人所在的M公司的組織結(jié)構(gòu)為案例進行了實際分析。M公司的組織結(jié)構(gòu)從發(fā)展之初的職能式,到其后的矩陣式,再到現(xiàn)在的“矩陣式事業(yè)部制”,組織結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)變的原因正是因為公司規(guī)模、業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展壯大。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),實施“矩陣式事業(yè)部制”組織結(jié)構(gòu)后,極大地提高了M公司管理層和底層項目部之間的溝通效率和頻率,提高了員工的積極性,使公司和項目部可以迅速應(yīng)對市場的變化做出反應(yīng),加強了公司對市場的適應(yīng)能力和市場競爭力。此外,本文還對建立“矩陣式事業(yè)部”組織結(jié)構(gòu)時應(yīng)做的前提進行了總結(jié),并對實施該組織結(jié)構(gòu)的注意事項進行了說明。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of the national economy, the construction industry of our country has also developed rapidly, the scale and difficulty of the engineering construction projects are increasing, which brings opportunities to the construction enterprises, but also brings many new challenges. Because of the limited resources of the construction enterprises, in the face of the market demand, multi-project management has become the norm, and the multi-project management requires higher project management level of the enterprises. Therefore, how to improve the management level of construction enterprises has become an important way to improve the competitiveness of enterprises. And gradually set up in line with the requirements of the market economy operating mechanism to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises. This paper mainly studies the concept, characteristics, classification of organizational structure and how to choose the appropriate organizational structure according to the actual situation of the enterprise. Firstly, this paper studies several traditional organizational structures: functional organizational structure, project-based organizational structure, and so on. The main characteristics of the organizational structure of the Ministry of Enterprise and the matrix structure are analyzed, and their respective advantages and disadvantages as well as the scope of application are analyzed. The emphasis is placed on the study of the matrix organizational structure, which is a popular organizational structure at present. This paper analyzes the process of matrix organization and the conditions of constructing matrix organization, and concludes that the implementation of matrix organization structure can make full use of the human resources of enterprises, and greatly improve the working efficiency. On the basis of the research of matrix organization structure, this paper puts forward a new kind of "matrix enterprise department" organization structure. This kind of organization structure not only retains the advantages of the former matrix organization structure and the enterprise ministry organization structure. It also eliminates their shortcomings and is a new organizational structure worthy of extensive promotion. Finally, taking the organizational structure of M Company as an example, the paper analyzes the organizational structure of M Company from its function form at the beginning of its development to its matrix form. The reason for the change in organizational structure is precisely because of the development and growth of the company's size and business. The study found that after the implementation of the "matrix business ministry" organizational structure, It greatly improves the efficiency and frequency of communication between the management of M Company and the bottom project department, improves the enthusiasm of the staff, and enables the company and the project department to respond quickly to the changes in the market. In addition, this paper summarizes the premise of establishing the organizational structure of "Matrix Division", and explains the matters needing attention in the implementation of the organization structure.
