富康醫(yī)藥集團公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:改革開放以來,我國的醫(yī)藥產業(yè)取得了很大的進步,不斷發(fā)展壯大,成為國民經濟體系中最具活力、最具潛力的行業(yè)之一。在過去的2012年里,國家不斷出臺新的醫(yī)藥改革政策,醫(yī)藥企業(yè)如何正確應對新環(huán)境的變化,如何正確做出戰(zhàn)略決策,這將對企業(yè)及當?shù)蒯t(yī)藥衛(wèi)生事業(yè)的發(fā)展都具有十分重要的意義,隨著新醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生體制改革政策的出臺,醫(yī)藥產業(yè)的生產、銷售、流通及消費等方面都將發(fā)生巨大的變化。對醫(yī)藥企業(yè)來說,它既是機遇也是挑戰(zhàn)。因而,無論是從理論上還是從實踐上,新形勢下對醫(yī)藥企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的研究,對企業(yè)及社會來說都具有重要意義。 本論文通過對西北偏遠地區(qū)民營醫(yī)藥企業(yè)的研究,特別是對富康醫(yī)藥集團公司的相關資料進行了收集、整理和分析,綜述了中國醫(yī)藥企業(yè),尤其是富康醫(yī)藥集團公司相關情況及發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,運用外部環(huán)境分析(PEST分析)、“波特五力模型”分析、SWOT戰(zhàn)略分析、外部因素評價矩陣(EFE模型)、內部因素評價矩陣(IFE模型)等戰(zhàn)略分析工具為該公司找到當前最適宜的戰(zhàn)略選擇,為公司制定出中長期發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,同時對該企業(yè)進行戰(zhàn)略實施提出實施方案,確保戰(zhàn)略的順利實施,為企業(yè)的進一步發(fā)展提供有效幫助。希望通過對富康醫(yī)藥集團公司的戰(zhàn)略研究,不僅是對該企業(yè)的發(fā)展提供有效的幫助,同時也能為其他類似的企業(yè)在進行戰(zhàn)略選擇是提供一定的借鑒作用,為該地區(qū)其他企業(yè)發(fā)展的提供科學決策參考。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the pharmaceutical industry of our country has made great progress, and has been developing continuously, becoming one of the most dynamic and potential industries in the national economic system. In the past 2012, the state has continuously introduced new pharmaceutical reform policies. How to deal with the change of the new environment and how to make the strategic decision correctly will be of great significance to the development of the enterprise and the local medical and health enterprise. With the introduction of the reform policy of the new medical and health system, The production, sales, circulation and consumption of the pharmaceutical industry will undergo tremendous changes. For pharmaceutical enterprises, it is both an opportunity and a challenge. Therefore, whether in theory or in practice, Under the new situation, the research on the development strategy of pharmaceutical enterprises is of great significance to the enterprises and the society. Through the research of private pharmaceutical enterprises in the remote areas of Northwest China, especially the related data of Fukang Pharmaceutical Group Company, this paper summarizes the Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises. In particular, the related situation and development status of Fukang Pharmaceutical Group Company is analyzed by using external environment analysis and pest analysis, and SWOT strategic analysis by Porter's five Force Model. External factor evaluation matrix / EFE model, internal factor evaluation matrix / IFE model) and other strategic analysis tools for the company to find the most suitable strategic choice, and to formulate a medium and long term development strategy for the company. At the same time, it puts forward the implementation plan to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy, and provides effective help for the further development of the enterprise. I hope that through the strategic research of Fukang Pharmaceutical Group Company, It not only provides effective help for the development of this enterprise, but also provides some reference for other similar enterprises in strategic choice, and provides scientific decision reference for the development of other enterprises in this area.
