【摘要】：當(dāng)前及以后一個(gè)時(shí)期我國(guó)仍處于工業(yè)化加速發(fā)展的階段,預(yù)計(jì)未來包括電力需求在內(nèi)的能源需求仍將維持較高的增長(zhǎng)勢(shì)頭,因此我國(guó)的電力建設(shè)仍將保持較快速度的增長(zhǎng)�；谖覈�(guó)能源天然分布的特點(diǎn)以及我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的特點(diǎn),未來電力建設(shè)將更多的向中西部轉(zhuǎn)移和比較落后的發(fā)展中國(guó)家轉(zhuǎn)移,但這一地區(qū)往往又是生活和氣候條件比較艱苦的地區(qū),電力施工難度越來越大,所面臨的人員和安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)也越來越大,因此加強(qiáng)電力工程管理刻不容緩,以人、財(cái)、物為代表的硬管理提升的空間越來越小,如何加強(qiáng)文化建設(shè),以文化帶動(dòng)和提升電力工程項(xiàng)目各方面的管理的重要性越來越大。 本文首先引入了文化的概念和功能,并回顧了哲學(xué)和社會(huì)學(xué)意義上的文化作用。接著分析了工程的概念、項(xiàng)目的概念、工程項(xiàng)目的概念,并在研究企業(yè)文化作用的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)比性的引入了工程項(xiàng)目文化的概念,并研究了項(xiàng)目文化的作用。 然后文章分析了現(xiàn)代電力工程的特點(diǎn),并根據(jù)該特點(diǎn)提煉出電力工程項(xiàng)目文化建設(shè)的三大類指標(biāo),接著文章提出了電力工程項(xiàng)目文化中的模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法,繼而對(duì)電力工程項(xiàng)目文化的成因進(jìn)行了分析,并重點(diǎn)分析了內(nèi)部成因中的社會(huì)文化、傳統(tǒng)文化和地域文化以及內(nèi)部成因中的項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理和電力工程企業(yè)重大歷史事件對(duì)電力工程項(xiàng)目文化的影響,最終為項(xiàng)目管理人員對(duì)電力工程項(xiàng)目當(dāng)前文化狀況有一個(gè)比較準(zhǔn)確的評(píng)估并為以后的項(xiàng)目文化建設(shè)提供了發(fā)展方向。 在得到電力工程項(xiàng)目文化評(píng)估方法和成因診斷后,電力工程項(xiàng)目文化進(jìn)入全面設(shè)計(jì)和落地實(shí)施階段。于是文章接下來研究了電力工程項(xiàng)目核心精神理念提煉的原則、方法和來源,接著對(duì)工程項(xiàng)目制度層和物質(zhì)層的設(shè)計(jì)方法和工作進(jìn)行了研究。然后分析研究了電力工程項(xiàng)目文化實(shí)施過程中的制度保障、組織保障和資金保障等問題。最后將電力工程項(xiàng)目文化的實(shí)施劃分為組織準(zhǔn)備、全面推進(jìn)和長(zhǎng)期維護(hù)三個(gè)階段,有效的保證了電力工程項(xiàng)目文化貫穿于電力工程項(xiàng)目的全過程。
[Abstract]:At present and in the following period, China is still in the stage of accelerating industrialization, and it is expected that the energy demand, including electricity demand, will still maintain a relatively high growth momentum in the future. Therefore, the electric power construction in our country will continue to grow at a relatively high speed. Based on the characteristics of the natural distribution of energy in China and the characteristics of our economy, the construction of electric power in the future will be more transferred to the central and western regions and to the relatively backward developing countries. However, this area is often an area where the living and climatic conditions are relatively difficult, and the construction of electric power is becoming more and more difficult, and the personnel and safety risks facing it are also increasing. Therefore, it is urgent to strengthen the management of electric power projects. The space of hard management, represented by material, is becoming smaller and smaller. It is more and more important to strengthen cultural construction and promote the management of all aspects of electric power engineering project. This paper first introduces the concept and function of culture, and reviews the role of culture in the sense of philosophy and sociology, and then analyzes the concept of engineering, the concept of project, the concept of engineering project. On the basis of studying the role of corporate culture, this paper introduces the concept of engineering project culture and studies the role of project culture. Then the paper analyzes the characteristics of modern power engineering, and according to the characteristics of the power engineering project culture construction three categories of indicators, and then the paper puts forward the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in the power engineering project culture. Then, the causes of the power engineering project culture are analyzed, and the social culture in the internal causes is analyzed. The influence of traditional culture and regional culture, and the important historical events of the project manager and the electric power engineering enterprise on the power engineering project culture, Finally, the project managers have a more accurate assessment of the current cultural situation of the power engineering project and provide a development direction for the future construction of the project culture. After getting the evaluation method and cause diagnosis of power engineering project culture, the power engineering project culture enters the stage of overall design and landing implementation. Then the paper studies the principle of refining the core spirit of power engineering project. Methods and sources, then the design method and work of the system layer and material layer of the project are studied. Then, the system guarantee in the process of carrying out the culture of the electric power project project is analyzed and studied. Finally, the implementation of power engineering project culture is divided into three stages: organizational preparation, overall promotion and long-term maintenance, which effectively ensures that the power engineering project culture runs through the whole process of the power engineering project.
