【摘要】：垂直專業(yè)化分工是國際分工的新形態(tài),是指一種產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)過程中不同的工序、區(qū)段或環(huán)節(jié)分散到不同國家或地區(qū)的企業(yè)進行的分工模式。垂直專業(yè)化分工將國際分工從產(chǎn)品層面推進到工序?qū)用?實現(xiàn)了“市場一體化”和“生產(chǎn)分散化”的統(tǒng)一。垂直專業(yè)化分工與貿(mào)易的興起不僅對世界經(jīng)濟與貿(mào)易發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了重要影響,也深深影響了我國經(jīng)濟與對外貿(mào)易的發(fā)展。對中國制造業(yè)參與國際垂直專業(yè)化分工的經(jīng)驗分析表明,我國制造業(yè)部門已經(jīng)廣泛地參與到國際垂直專業(yè)化分工體系中。 在此背景下,本文對中國制造業(yè)參與垂直專業(yè)化分工的技術(shù)進步效應進行實證研究。首先,本文綜述了垂直專業(yè)化及其技術(shù)進步效應的相關(guān)研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)垂直專業(yè)化是技術(shù)擴散的一種重要方式。其次,本文利用投入產(chǎn)出表測算了我國制造業(yè)垂直專業(yè)化程度,使用DEA方法測算了我國制造業(yè)的全要素生產(chǎn)率及其分解指標—技術(shù)進步和技術(shù)效率。然后對垂直專業(yè)化影響技術(shù)進步的機理進行了分析。理論分析表明,垂直專業(yè)化分工可以通過專業(yè)化分工效應、中間品投入產(chǎn)出效應以及產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)效應影響一國技術(shù)進步。最后本文構(gòu)建了制造業(yè)垂直專業(yè)化對技術(shù)進步影響的經(jīng)濟計量模型,進而利用行業(yè)面板數(shù)據(jù)考察了中國制造業(yè)垂直專業(yè)化的技術(shù)進步效應。實證檢驗表明,垂直專業(yè)化分工和RD因素顯著促進了我國制造業(yè)全要素生產(chǎn)率增長和技術(shù)進步,但對制造業(yè)技術(shù)效率有負面影響；垂直專業(yè)化的技術(shù)進步效應具有行業(yè)異質(zhì)性,高技術(shù)、大規(guī)模、低出口密集度的行業(yè)參與垂直專業(yè)化分工的技術(shù)進步效果更為明顯。
[Abstract]:Vertical specialization is a new form of international division of labor and refers to different processes in the production of a product. The division of labor between enterprises in different countries or regions. Vertical division of labor promotes international division of labor from product level to process level. The unification of "market integration" and "production decentralization" has been realized. The emergence of vertical specialization and trade has not only had an important impact on the development of world economy and trade, The empirical analysis of Chinese manufacturing industry's participation in international vertical specialization shows that the Chinese manufacturing sector has been extensively involved in the international vertical specialization system. Under this background, this paper makes an empirical study on the technological progress effect of Chinese manufacturing industry participating in vertical specialization. Firstly, this paper summarizes the related research of vertical specialization and its technological progress effect. It is found that vertical specialization is an important way of technology diffusion. Secondly, this paper calculates the degree of vertical specialization of manufacturing industry in China by using input-output table. This paper calculates the total factor productivity and its decomposition index of manufacturing industry in China by using DEA method, and then analyzes the mechanism of vertical specialization influencing technological progress. Vertical specialization can affect a country's technological progress through specialization effect, intermediate product input-output effect and industry correlation effect. Finally, this paper constructs an econometric model of the impact of vertical specialization of manufacturing industry on technological progress. The empirical results show that vertical specialization and Rd factors significantly promote the total factor productivity growth and technological progress of Chinese manufacturing industry. But it has a negative effect on the technological efficiency of manufacturing industry, and the technological progress effect of vertical specialization has industry heterogeneity, high technology, large scale, low export intensity, and the technology progress effect of vertical specialization division is more obvious.
