【摘要】:隨著全球太陽能光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)的高速發(fā)展,,尤其是近五年來中國太陽能光伏市場(chǎng)的爆炸性增長(zhǎng)給很多的太陽能設(shè)備廠商提供機(jī)遇;CC公司是德國的一個(gè)家族式太陽能設(shè)備廠商,主要是提供硅電池的關(guān)鍵生產(chǎn)設(shè)備,憑借其產(chǎn)品的高質(zhì)量和領(lǐng)先的技術(shù),CC公司在過去的幾年中一直都保持著年增長(zhǎng)率20%以上的高速發(fā)展;在企業(yè)依托高增長(zhǎng)市場(chǎng)快速發(fā)展的時(shí)候,由于外部的因素,企業(yè)經(jīng)營者往往只看到公司高速發(fā)展帶來的好處,而公司的快速發(fā)展又掩蓋了其自身存在的問題。 從2011年下半年開始,受歐元區(qū)債務(wù)危機(jī)的影響,太陽能終端客戶集中的歐洲地區(qū)大幅削減了對(duì)太陽能產(chǎn)品的補(bǔ)貼,使得該市場(chǎng)急劇萎縮;與此同時(shí),由于前幾年中國市場(chǎng)的過度發(fā)展,產(chǎn)能嚴(yán)重超出目前市場(chǎng)的需求,在此情況下對(duì)設(shè)備的需求也將進(jìn)入一個(gè)低谷;CC公司存在的一些問題在市場(chǎng)波動(dòng)的情況下,都開始暴露。為了能解決CC公司目前在組織結(jié)構(gòu)和戰(zhàn)略等方面的問題,所以對(duì)CC公司的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行研究分析。 本文對(duì)CC公司競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略的分析研究,查找其戰(zhàn)略管理中存在的問題并根據(jù)問題提出解決方案,本文介紹了戰(zhàn)略管理概念及戰(zhàn)略管理常用方法;其次,根據(jù)戰(zhàn)略管理常用方法對(duì)CC公司狀況進(jìn)行深入分析,主要對(duì)CC公司內(nèi)部環(huán)境和外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析,在分析中,主要采用了戰(zhàn)略管理的工具五力模型和SWOT分析法等;而后,根據(jù)分析得出CC公司存在的問題,主要列出了CC公司外部環(huán)境問題,CC公司組織架構(gòu)問題,cc公司戰(zhàn)略和核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力上存在的問題;最后,針對(duì)CC公司的問題,提出了自己的解決方案,一、明晰企業(yè)發(fā)展愿景,完善戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃;二、充分利用優(yōu)勢(shì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,制定正確的營銷策略,在行業(yè)中樹立品牌,服務(wù)始終以客戶第一;三、重視人才開發(fā),發(fā)揮人才潛能,重新建立組織結(jié)構(gòu)。第六章:全文總結(jié),主要總結(jié)了全文的框架結(jié)構(gòu),通過內(nèi)外部環(huán)境的分析,找到了CC公司存在的問題,并根據(jù)問題利用管理科學(xué)知識(shí)對(duì)CC公司提出了合理的建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the global solar photovoltaic industry, especially the explosive growth of China's solar photovoltaic market in the past five years, many solar equipment manufacturers have been offered opportunities. CC is a family solar equipment manufacturer in Germany. Mainly to provide the key production equipment of silicon battery, with the high quality and leading technology of its products, CC company has been maintaining a high growth rate of more than 20% per year in the past few years. When the enterprises rely on the rapid development of the high growth market, because of the external factors, the business operators often only see the benefits brought by the rapid development of the company, and the rapid development of the company covers up its own problems. Since the second half of 2011, as a result of the eurozone debt crisis, Europe, where solar terminal customers are concentrated, has slashed subsidies for solar products, causing the market to shrink sharply; at the same time, Due to the excessive development of the Chinese market in the past few years, the production capacity has seriously exceeded the current market demand. In this case, the demand for equipment will also enter a low point. In order to solve the problems in organizational structure and strategy of CC Company, the competitive strategy of CC Company is studied and analyzed. This paper analyzes and studies the competitive strategy of CC Company, finds out the problems existing in its strategic management and puts forward solutions according to the problems. The concept of strategic management and the common methods of strategic management are introduced in this paper. Secondly, According to the common methods of strategic management, the status of CC Company is deeply analyzed, mainly on the internal and external environment of CC Company. In the analysis, we mainly use the five Force Model of Strategic Management and the SWOT Analysis method, etc. According to the analysis of the problems of CC company, this paper mainly lists the external environment problems of CC Company and the problems in the strategy and core competitiveness of CC Company. Finally, aiming at the problems of CC Company, Put forward their own solutions, first, clear enterprise development vision, improve strategic planning; second, make full use of competitive advantages, formulate the correct marketing strategy, establish a brand in the industry, the service is always customer first; third, Pay attention to the development of talents, exert the potential of talents, re-establish the organizational structure. Chapter 6th: summary of the full text, mainly summarized the frame structure of the full text, through the analysis of the internal and external environment, found the existing problems of CC Company, According to the problem, the author puts forward reasonable suggestions to CC Company by using scientific knowledge of management.
