【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,市場變化的速度越來越快,競爭也變得異常的激烈,在這樣的環(huán)境下,企業(yè)的競爭主要表現(xiàn)在供應(yīng)鏈之間的競爭。而庫存成本又是其中重要的組成部分之一,企業(yè)要想做到長遠發(fā)展,至關(guān)重要的就是要管理好庫存。合理的庫存管理能夠有效的降低現(xiàn)有的庫存成本,提升企業(yè)的競爭力。在供應(yīng)鏈競爭環(huán)境下,傳統(tǒng)的庫存管理模式已經(jīng)不能滿足供應(yīng)鏈的需要,也無法滿足客戶的需要,而且經(jīng)常會帶來一些問題。因此當(dāng)前企業(yè)庫存控制的重點就是要消除傳統(tǒng)模式下庫存管理的弊端,并積極應(yīng)用先進的庫存管理理念。 供應(yīng)商管理庫存(Vendor Managed Inventory,簡稱VMI)是一種新型的庫存管理方式,它建立在供應(yīng)鏈管理基礎(chǔ)之上,與傳統(tǒng)的庫存管理理念相比,它是一種系統(tǒng)的庫存管理理論。 本文首先對庫存管理理論、方法與模式進行梳理與分析,接著介紹了國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀。然后以HE公司為例,分析了HE公司庫存管理方面存在的問題與產(chǎn)生的原因,在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合庫存管理理論與HE公司實際情況,提出了HE公司實施供應(yīng)商管理庫存(VMI)的方案,將供應(yīng)鏈管理的主要思想應(yīng)用到HE公司的庫存管理中去,最后,分析HE公司實施VMI將取得的成果。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, the market changes faster and faster, and the competition becomes more and more fierce. In this environment, the competition of enterprises is mainly reflected in the competition between supply chains, and the inventory cost is one of the important components. If an enterprise wants to achieve long-term development, it is essential to manage inventory well. Reasonable inventory management can effectively reduce the existing inventory cost and enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise. In the competitive environment of supply chain, reasonable inventory management can effectively reduce the existing inventory cost and enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise. The traditional inventory management mode can not meet the needs of the supply chain or the needs of customers, and often brings some problems. Therefore, the focus of inventory control is to eliminate the disadvantages of inventory management in the traditional mode. And actively apply advanced inventory management concept. Vendor Managed inventory Management (VMI) is a new type of inventory management, which is based on the supply chain management. Compared with the traditional concept of inventory management, it is a systematic inventory management theory. This paper firstly combs and analyzes the theory, method and mode of inventory management, and then introduces the current research situation at home and abroad. Then, taking HE Company as an example, it analyzes the existing problems and causes of inventory management in HE Company. On this basis, combined with the theory of inventory management and the actual situation of HE Company, the project of implementing VMI (VMI) of supplier Management in HE Company is put forward, and the main idea of supply chain Management is applied to the inventory management of HE Company. Finally, Analysis of the implementation of HE company VMI will achieve results.
