供電企業(yè)營銷稽查監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:伴隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速增長,我國全社會用電需求也快速增長,社會對供電企業(yè)營銷服務(wù)質(zhì)量的要求越來越高。對供電企業(yè)而言,營銷服務(wù)工作同時承擔(dān)著保障企業(yè)經(jīng)營成果和展示企業(yè)良好形象的雙重重大責(zé)任。建設(shè)營銷稽查監(jiān)控體系,對營銷關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)、工作質(zhì)量和服務(wù)質(zhì)量實(shí)施集中監(jiān)控與稽查,能夠有效提高營銷業(yè)務(wù)的管控力、日常業(yè)務(wù)的執(zhí)行力、客戶服務(wù)的監(jiān)督力,實(shí)現(xiàn)營銷管理向集中精細(xì)方向的進(jìn)一步轉(zhuǎn)變。建設(shè)集中、統(tǒng)一、精益、高效的營銷稽查監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),是供電企業(yè)“大營銷”體系建設(shè)的重要組成部分,對供電企業(yè)營銷管理工作有著深遠(yuǎn)影響。本文詳細(xì)介紹了供電企業(yè)營銷稽查監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r、運(yùn)作模式以及應(yīng)用與成效;诨楸O(jiān)控系統(tǒng)月度考核的四項(xiàng)指標(biāo),本文提出了用BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的營銷稽查監(jiān)控等級評估方法來取代繁瑣的專家評價法,通過BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的計(jì)算結(jié)果同各項(xiàng)數(shù)據(jù)的真實(shí)值對比分析,BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)預(yù)測的狀態(tài)等級數(shù)值與真實(shí)值誤差很小,基本不超過1%,,可見這種評估方法是切實(shí)有效的,從而建立了一個可以有效評價稽查工作等級的制度,并對供電企業(yè)營銷稽查監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)如何實(shí)現(xiàn)一體化和智能化管控進(jìn)行了展望?傊,供電企業(yè)營銷稽查監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的順利運(yùn)行,對于提升供電企業(yè)的管理水平、工作質(zhì)量、供電質(zhì)量、服務(wù)質(zhì)量、防范經(jīng)營風(fēng)險以及提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益具有十分重要的意義。
