【摘要】：伴隨著我國糧食進(jìn)口量的增加,國內(nèi)糧食價格受國際沖擊的影響日益顯著。本文通過建立VAR模型,運(yùn)用單位根檢驗(yàn)、脈沖響應(yīng)等技術(shù),研究國際油價對我國主要糧食價格的影響。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),國際原油價格波動對我國糧食價格總體上是正向沖擊,但影響并不顯著;分品種來看,國際原油價格對我國不同糧食品種價格影響并不均衡,其中對可以作為燃料乙醇原料的玉米價格影響最大,其次是大豆,而對我國主要口糧稻谷和小麥價格影響并不顯著。本文提出在提高糧食尤其是谷物生產(chǎn)水平的基礎(chǔ)上,加快國內(nèi)糧食價格形成機(jī)制改革和應(yīng)對國際油價波動的政策建議。
[Abstract]:With the increase of grain import in China, the impact of international shocks on domestic grain prices is becoming more and more significant. In this paper, VAR model, unit root test, impulse response and other techniques are used. This paper studies the influence of international oil price on the main grain price of China. The results show that the fluctuation of international crude oil price has a positive impact on the grain price of our country in general, but the impact is not significant. International crude oil prices have an uneven impact on the prices of different grain varieties in China, among which corn prices, which can be used as fuel ethanol raw materials, have the greatest impact, followed by soybeans. On the basis of raising the level of grain production, especially grain production, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions on speeding up the reform of domestic grain price formation mechanism and coping with the fluctuation of international oil price.
