【摘要】：結合產(chǎn)業(yè)集群理論,對我國的光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展情況進行了分析。國內(nèi)光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)集群目前仍處于初級階段,針對其結構不合理、產(chǎn)業(yè)關聯(lián)弱、集群內(nèi)大部分處于價值鏈低端等問題,通過對青海省光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展情況分析,從政府、行業(yè)、企業(yè)不同層面提出了光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展策略的建議,包括政府引導與政策支持,市場調(diào)節(jié)與資源優(yōu)化配置,構建垂直一體化產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈與培育品牌企業(yè),技術領先、集群創(chuàng)新與產(chǎn)品升級,技術、質量標準建設與加強行業(yè)管理等方面。
[Abstract]:According to the theory of industrial clusters, the development of photovoltaic industry clusters in China are analyzed. The domestic photovoltaic industry cluster is still in the primary stage, the irrational structure, weak industry association, most of the cluster in the low-end value chain and other issues, through the development of photovoltaic industry clusters in Qinghai province from government, industry analysis different levels of enterprise, puts forward the development strategy of industry cluster PV recommendations, including government guidance and policy support, market regulation and allocation of resources optimization, and cultivate brand enterprises, build a vertically integrated industry chain leading technology, cluster innovation and upgrading of products, technology, quality standard construction and strengthen industry management.
