【摘要】:貴州省政府為加快工業(yè)強(qiáng)省建設(shè),推動(dòng)貴州工業(yè)化快速發(fā)展,提出了包括民族制藥在內(nèi)的《貴州工業(yè)十大產(chǎn)業(yè)振興規(guī)劃》。高技能人才作為先進(jìn)的科研成果轉(zhuǎn)化的關(guān)鍵性人才,對(duì)加快企業(yè)改革和產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)、提高和整合區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)綜合實(shí)力、促進(jìn)貴州經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)快速發(fā)展有著不可替代的作用。依據(jù)貴州制藥企業(yè)自身發(fā)展的需要及企業(yè)中高技能人才的評(píng)價(jià)現(xiàn)狀,研究建立符合貴州制藥企業(yè)高技能人才評(píng)價(jià)的指標(biāo)體系,對(duì)貴州制藥特色產(chǎn)業(yè)高技能人才的發(fā)展及貴州經(jīng)濟(jì)的進(jìn)步具有十分重要的意義。 本論文以貴州制藥企業(yè)高技能人才的評(píng)價(jià)為研究視角,明確制藥行業(yè)高技能人才研究的重要性。通過對(duì)高技能人才的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)及理論的分析與總結(jié),結(jié)合貴州制藥企業(yè)的實(shí)地調(diào)研情況,對(duì)貴州制藥企業(yè)高技能人才評(píng)價(jià)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,找出存在的問題及其原因,重點(diǎn)研究構(gòu)建貴州制藥企業(yè)高技能人才的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。首先,介紹構(gòu)建制藥企業(yè)高技能人才評(píng)價(jià)體系的目的、原則及難點(diǎn);其次,通過文獻(xiàn)查找和訪談?wù){(diào)研的方法初步確立評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),通過德爾菲法對(duì)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行篩選和修改,確定指標(biāo)體系,并對(duì)確立的指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行信度效度分析,驗(yàn)證指標(biāo)體系的可信度和可靠性;最后,用層次分析法對(duì)指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行權(quán)重確定。利用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法對(duì)高技能人才進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),對(duì)已經(jīng)建立的指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行實(shí)踐應(yīng)用,以六位不同工種的制藥企業(yè)高技能人才為評(píng)價(jià)實(shí)例,證明指標(biāo)體系的科學(xué)性和可行性,并提出指標(biāo)體系應(yīng)用的過程中應(yīng)注意的問題。 本文根據(jù)貴州制藥企業(yè)的實(shí)際情況,進(jìn)一步豐富了對(duì)制藥企業(yè)人才資源的研究。配合“十二五”關(guān)于高技能人才中長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展規(guī)劃,,旨在通過對(duì)制藥企業(yè)高技能人才評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的研究,構(gòu)建適應(yīng)貴州制藥企業(yè)發(fā)展的高技能人才評(píng)價(jià)體系。以期提高制藥企業(yè)高技能人才鑒定工作的質(zhì)量和員工的工作技能水平,完善制藥企業(yè)人才評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制,促進(jìn)貴州制藥企業(yè)長(zhǎng)期可持續(xù)發(fā)展,為中國(guó)制藥企業(yè)高技能人才建設(shè)提供借鑒和啟示。
[Abstract]:In order to speed up the construction of a strong industrial province, the Guizhou Provincial Government promotes the rapid development of Guizhou's industrialization. This paper puts forward the "Plan for the Revitalization of the Ten Industries of Guizhou Industry, including the National Pharmaceutical Industry." as the key talents in the transformation of advanced scientific research achievements, the highly skilled personnel will speed up the enterprise reform and industrial upgrading. It is irreplaceable to improve and integrate the comprehensive strength of regional economy and promote the sustained and rapid development of Guizhou economy. According to the needs of Guizhou pharmaceutical enterprises' own development and the evaluation status of high-skilled talents in enterprises. It is of great significance for the development of Guizhou pharmaceutical industry and the economic progress of Guizhou to study and establish an index system that accords with the evaluation index system of high skill talents in Guizhou pharmaceutical enterprises. From the perspective of evaluation of high-skilled talents in Guizhou pharmaceutical enterprises, this paper makes clear the importance of the research of high-skilled talents in pharmaceutical industry. Through the analysis and summary of relevant literature and theory of high-skilled talents. Combined with the field investigation of Guizhou pharmaceutical enterprises, this paper analyzes the current situation of the evaluation of high-skilled talents in Guizhou pharmaceutical enterprises, and finds out the existing problems and their causes. Firstly, the purpose, principles and difficulties of constructing the evaluation system of high skilled talents in Guizhou pharmaceutical enterprises are introduced. Secondly, the evaluation index is preliminarily established by the methods of literature search and interview, and the index system is determined by the Delphi method, and the reliability and validity of the established index system is analyzed. To verify the reliability and reliability of the index system; Finally, the AHP is used to determine the weight of the index system. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the highly skilled talents, and the established index system is applied in practice. Taking six highly skilled talents of pharmaceutical enterprises with different types of work as an example, the paper proves the scientific and feasibility of the index system, and puts forward some problems that should be paid attention to in the process of application of the index system. According to the actual situation of Guizhou pharmaceutical enterprises, this paper further enriches the research on the talent resources of pharmaceutical enterprises. The purpose of this paper is to study the evaluation index system of high skill talents in pharmaceutical enterprises. In order to improve the quality of high skilled personnel identification and the level of work skills of staff in pharmaceutical enterprises, the evaluation system of highly skilled personnel for Guizhou pharmaceutical enterprises should be established, and the evaluation mechanism of talents in pharmaceutical enterprises should be improved. To promote the long-term sustainable development of Guizhou pharmaceutical enterprises and provide reference and inspiration for the construction of high-skilled talents in Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises.
