【摘要】：在全球經(jīng)濟一體化不斷深入的進程中,企業(yè)對于庫存管理的方式已經(jīng)發(fā)生了顯著的變化和并不斷發(fā)展,新的庫存管理理念和模式不斷出現(xiàn)。經(jīng)濟采購批量和供應(yīng)商管理庫存模式一直是企業(yè)研究的熱點并廣泛得到應(yīng)用,它具備通用性、實用性和對企業(yè)貢獻的顯著性特點,是成為企業(yè)持續(xù)研究和應(yīng)用的動力源泉,可以不斷促使企業(yè)持續(xù)改善,增強企業(yè)的核心競爭力,并于當今競爭激勵的市場環(huán)境下更好的生存和發(fā)展。 本文主要研究的內(nèi)容是分析本公司在現(xiàn)有庫存管理的模式下所存在的問題,針對問題提出相應(yīng)的解決方案,比如對經(jīng)濟批量采購模型的應(yīng)用,供應(yīng)商管理庫存模型等的應(yīng)用。以保證企業(yè)采購費用、庫存水平和庫存結(jié)構(gòu)的合理性,擬解決的關(guān)鍵的問題是如何確定合理的采購模型和庫存管理模型。 本文首先闡述了本文的研究背景,隨后介紹和分析了各種庫存與庫存管理理論的起源、發(fā)展、基本思想及其相關(guān)的特性,進而對經(jīng)濟采購批量和VMI管理模式做了重點介紹。然后用ABC分類法對公司的部件進行分析,總結(jié)公司存在的問題,接著針對性的提出了解決問題的改進方案,之后介紹了如何將改進的方案應(yīng)用到實際的管理工作中去。本文主要研究的重點是解決公司部件批量采購問題,通過建立庫存應(yīng)用模型,解決公司庫存管理問題,以盡量減少公司采購費用、呆滯材料庫存、在制品和呆滯成品的庫存水平并優(yōu)化公司庫存結(jié)構(gòu)。最后,對實施效果進行了回顧。
[Abstract]:In the process of global economic integration, the mode of inventory management has been changed and developed. New concepts and models of inventory management are emerging. Economic purchase lot and Vendor managed inventory have been the focus of enterprise research and have been widely used. Practicability and significant contribution to enterprises are the driving source of continuous research and application, which can continuously promote the continuous improvement of enterprises and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. And in today's competitive incentive market environment better survival and development. The main content of this paper is to analyze the existing problems of the company in the existing inventory management mode, and put forward the corresponding solutions to the problems, such as the application of the economic bulk purchase model. In order to ensure the rationality of purchasing cost, inventory level and inventory structure, the key problem to be solved is how to determine the reasonable purchasing model and inventory management model. This paper first describes the research background of this paper, and then introduces and analyzes the origin, development, basic ideas and related characteristics of various inventory and inventory management theories. Then the economic purchase batch and VMI management mode are introduced emphatically. Then the ABC classification is used to analyze the components of the company and the problems of the company are summarized. Then it puts forward the improvement plan of solving the problem, and then introduces how to apply the improved scheme to the actual management work. The main research focus of this paper is to solve the problem of bulk purchase of company parts. Through the establishment of inventory application model, to solve the company inventory management problems, in order to minimize the company procurement costs, stagnant material inventory, goods in process and stagnant finished goods inventory level and optimize the company inventory structure. The effect of implementation is reviewed.
