江西省新能源汽車供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別與評(píng)估研究

【摘要】:供應(yīng)鏈?zhǔn)且粋(gè)多參與主體、多環(huán)節(jié)、多流程的復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)。在當(dāng)今全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的背景下,企業(yè)為了取得競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),采取削減庫(kù)存、外包、尋求單一供應(yīng)源等策略,它們?cè)跒槠髽I(yè)帶來(lái)優(yōu)勢(shì)的同時(shí),也增加了供應(yīng)鏈的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。 傳統(tǒng)汽車產(chǎn)生大量的尾氣,對(duì)空氣污染非常嚴(yán)重。隨著我國(guó)汽車保有量的不斷飆升,近年來(lái),我國(guó)受霧霾天氣的影響非常嚴(yán)重。發(fā)展新能源汽車,是治理PM2.5、減少空氣污染的有效手段之一。新能源汽車作為江西省十大戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)中占有重要地位。目前,江西省新能源汽車剛進(jìn)入產(chǎn)業(yè)導(dǎo)入期,產(chǎn)品存在技術(shù)不成熟、性價(jià)比不高、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施缺失、耗能較大、充電時(shí)間長(zhǎng)等問(wèn)題,更主要的是存在較大安全隱患,這些問(wèn)題直接影響新能源汽車供應(yīng)鏈的穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。 江西省科技創(chuàng)新“六個(gè)一”工程辦公室發(fā)布2012年江西省戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)運(yùn)行情況分析中指出新能源汽車及動(dòng)力電池產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展不足,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力不強(qiáng),抗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能力較弱。這體現(xiàn)了江西省新能源汽車供應(yīng)鏈抗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能力較弱,而新能源汽車供應(yīng)鏈中存在各種不確定性因素,這將直接影響江西省新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展;诖,新能源汽車企業(yè)必須對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行管理,提高供應(yīng)鏈的抗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能力。 本文首先對(duì)江西省新能源汽車供應(yīng)鏈的結(jié)構(gòu)與特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了剖析,采用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法對(duì)江西省新能源供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行識(shí)別,經(jīng)過(guò)篩選并結(jié)合江西省新能源汽車供應(yīng)鏈的特點(diǎn)將江西省新能源汽車供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)歸納為需求、供應(yīng)、合作關(guān)系、制造流程、物流和外部環(huán)境六大類以及28個(gè)小類。 根據(jù)分析識(shí)別出的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)構(gòu)建了江西省新能源汽車供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并基于F-AHP法構(gòu)建了江西省新能源汽車供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估模型;用實(shí)證分析的方法對(duì)該風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估模型進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證,通過(guò)對(duì)江西省新能源汽車供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行評(píng)估,得出江西省新能源汽車供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的整體評(píng)估值和六大類的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估值。從評(píng)估的結(jié)果可以看出江西省新能源汽車供應(yīng)鏈整體風(fēng)險(xiǎn)處于較高水平,六大類風(fēng)險(xiǎn)從高到低依次是供應(yīng)、外部環(huán)境、需求、合作關(guān)系、物流、制造流程,并對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估結(jié)果作了分析;驗(yàn)證的結(jié)果證明了基于F-AHP法的江西省新能源汽車供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估模型具有較高的理論價(jià)值和實(shí)踐依據(jù)。 根據(jù)江西省新能源汽車供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的評(píng)估結(jié)果,有針對(duì)性地提出了江西省新能源汽車供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)防措施。本研究所取得的成果對(duì)江西省新能源汽車企業(yè)進(jìn)行供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義,對(duì)于今后對(duì)新能源汽車供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的深入研究也是一個(gè)啟發(fā)。
[Abstract]:Supply chain is a complex network of multi-participant, multi-link and multi-process. Under the background of global economic integration, enterprises take inventory reduction and outsourcing in order to obtain competitive advantage. Strategies such as seeking a single supply source not only bring advantages to enterprises, but also increase the risk of supply chain. Traditional vehicles produce a large amount of exhaust gas, which is very serious to the air pollution. With the rapid increase of vehicle ownership in China, in recent years, our country is seriously affected by the haze weather. As one of the ten strategic emerging industries in Jiangxi Province, new energy vehicles play an important role in the national economy. Jiangxi Province new energy vehicles have just entered the period of industrial introduction, the products are not mature technology, cost-effective, lack of infrastructure, energy consumption, long charging time and other problems, more important is the existence of greater safety risks. These problems directly affect the stable operation of new energy automobile supply chain. Jiangxi Province Science and Technology Innovation "six one" Engineering Office released 2012 Jiangxi Province strategic emerging industries operation analysis pointed out that the development of new energy vehicles and power battery industry is insufficient, the competitiveness is not strong. This shows that the supply chain of new energy vehicles in Jiangxi Province is weak in its ability to resist risks, and there are various uncertain factors in the supply chain of new energy vehicles. This will directly affect the development of the new energy automobile industry in Jiangxi Province. Based on this, the new energy automobile enterprises must manage the supply chain risk and improve the supply chain risk resistance ability. In this paper, the structure and characteristics of the supply chain of new energy vehicles in Jiangxi Province are analyzed, and the risk questionnaire method is used to identify the risk of the supply chain of new energy in Jiangxi Province. Through screening and combining the characteristics of the supply chain of new energy vehicles in Jiangxi Province, the risk of supply chain of new energy vehicles in Jiangxi Province is summarized as demand, supply, cooperation and manufacturing process. Logistics and external environment six categories and 28 categories. Based on the analysis of the identified risks, the risk evaluation index system of the supply chain of new energy vehicles in Jiangxi Province is constructed, and the risk assessment model of the supply chain of new energy vehicles in Jiangxi Province is constructed based on F-AHP method. The risk assessment model is validated by empirical analysis, and the supply chain risk of new energy vehicles in Jiangxi Province is evaluated. From the evaluation results, we can see that the overall risk of the supply chain of new energy vehicles in Jiangxi Province is at a high level. The six types of risk are supply, external environment, demand, cooperation, logistics, manufacturing process, and the results of risk assessment are analyzed. The results show that the risk assessment model based on F-AHP has high theoretical value and practical basis. According to the evaluation results of supply chain risk of new energy vehicles in Jiangxi Province. The paper puts forward the preventive measures of supply chain risk of new energy vehicles in Jiangxi Province. The results obtained in this study have certain guiding significance for the supply chain risk management of new energy automobile enterprises in Jiangxi Province. It is also an inspiration to further study the supply chain risk of new energy vehicles in the future.
