【摘要】：全球市場由于受到歐洲主權危機的不斷深入和美國經濟增長乏力等因素的影響,全球經濟復蘇遇到困難,進入了又一次的調整階段。同時由于我國經濟受到前期宏觀經濟刺激的作用不斷減小以及國內經濟增長力不足等原因,我國市場發(fā)展也受到了不小的阻力。 建筑業(yè)作為我國的支柱型產業(yè),在一定程度上拉動了我國經濟的增長,尤其在加入世貿組織后,建筑業(yè)不僅面臨著更大的發(fā)展空間,而且在外國建筑業(yè)強有力的融資能力、技術裝備以及管理水平下,將面對著更加激烈的競爭。如何增強我國建筑企業(yè)的競爭力,如何在鞏固國內市場的同時進一步開拓國際市場與國外建筑企業(yè)展開競爭,己成為國內建筑業(yè)所共同關注的焦點。而增強企業(yè)競爭力的首要問題是對其進行全面的認識和有效的評價。為此,研究建筑企業(yè)競爭力評價問題成為必然。 本文首先對企業(yè)競爭力的相關理論、研究現(xiàn)狀以及我國建筑企業(yè)競爭力國內外研究綜述進行了總結；其次是以前人的研究現(xiàn)狀為基礎,并結合專家調查法,構建了基于突變級數(shù)法的建筑企業(yè)競爭力評價模型；實證研究部分是從我國上市建筑行業(yè)中選取了8家建筑企業(yè),通過數(shù)據(jù)處理和綜合分析得出了8家上市建筑企業(yè)競爭力的得分和排名；最后分別從經濟效益競爭力、市場規(guī)模競爭力、資源管理競爭力以及社會影響競爭力四個方面針對研究的結果提出了建議。 本文對提高我國建筑企業(yè)競爭力有一定的理論和現(xiàn)實意義,通過突變級數(shù)法建立的建筑企業(yè)競爭力評價模型具有較好的應用性,且計算方法簡單易行。
[Abstract]:The global market is affected by the deepening of the European sovereign crisis and the sluggish economic growth of the United States, the global economic recovery encountered difficulties. At the same time, the market development of our country has been hindered because of the decreasing effect of the earlier macroeconomic stimulus and the lack of domestic economic growth. As the pillar industry of our country, the construction industry to a certain extent has driven the growth of our economy, especially after joining the WTO, the construction industry is not only facing a greater space for development. And in the foreign construction industry strong financing ability, technical equipment and management level, will face more fierce competition. How to enhance the competitiveness of Chinese construction enterprises. How to consolidate the domestic market at the same time further develop the international market and foreign construction enterprises to launch competition. It has become the common focus of the domestic construction industry, and the most important problem to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises is to make a comprehensive understanding and effective evaluation. Therefore, it is inevitable to study the evaluation of the competitiveness of construction enterprises. First of all, this paper summarizes the theory of enterprise competitiveness, the current situation of research and the domestic and foreign research on the competitiveness of construction enterprises in China. Secondly, based on the current situation of previous research and the method of expert investigation, this paper constructs the evaluation model of the competitiveness of construction enterprises based on the catastrophe series method. In the part of empirical research, 8 construction enterprises are selected from the listed construction industry in China, and the scores and rankings of the competitiveness of the eight listed construction enterprises are obtained through data processing and comprehensive analysis. Finally, suggestions are put forward from four aspects: economic benefit competitiveness, market scale competitiveness, resource management competitiveness and social impact competitiveness. This paper has certain theoretical and practical significance to improve the competitiveness of construction enterprises in China. The evaluation model of the competitiveness of construction enterprises established by the sudden change series method has a good application and the calculation method is simple and practical.
