泰國(guó)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)吸引外商直接投資現(xiàn)狀及對(duì)策分析

【摘要】:泰國(guó)由傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)國(guó)變?yōu)楣I(yè)國(guó),經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平迅速。隨著生活水平的提高,人們對(duì)汽車的需求增加。泰國(guó)汽車工業(yè)的發(fā)展始于20世紀(jì)60年代,此前,泰國(guó)的汽車全部依靠進(jìn)口。60年代初,泰國(guó)開始引進(jìn)國(guó)外汽車生產(chǎn)線,與國(guó)外汽車廠商聯(lián)營(yíng),在泰國(guó)設(shè)立汽車裝備廠,開啟了外商直接投資汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的開端,F(xiàn)在,泰國(guó)已成為東南亞汽車制造中心和東盟最大的汽車市場(chǎng),汽車行業(yè)已發(fā)展成為泰國(guó)第一大支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)。 近年來,跨國(guó)汽車企業(yè)紛紛進(jìn)入泰國(guó)市場(chǎng),泰國(guó)不同規(guī)模大小的汽車生產(chǎn)廠商都不同程度的與跨國(guó)企業(yè)合資合作。外商投資企業(yè)提供先進(jìn)技術(shù)、資金和管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),能有效促進(jìn)泰國(guó)本土企業(yè)的發(fā)展,促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)組織向有效競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的方向發(fā)展。雖然泰國(guó)汽車外商直接投資的規(guī)模在不斷的擴(kuò)大,但是也給泰國(guó)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展帶來許多問題。筆者選擇泰國(guó)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)外商直接投資現(xiàn)狀及對(duì)策作為研究課題,意在分析泰國(guó)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)外商直接投資的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題,進(jìn)而提出有針對(duì)性的對(duì)策和建議。 本文首先從對(duì)外直接投資概念、壟斷優(yōu)勢(shì)理論、內(nèi)部化理論、區(qū)位理論、國(guó)際生產(chǎn)折衷理論、產(chǎn)品生命周期理論和邊際產(chǎn)業(yè)擴(kuò)張理論入手,之后系統(tǒng)的介紹了泰國(guó)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)及其吸引外商直接投資的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題,主要從以下方面進(jìn)行分析,分別是:泰國(guó)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)概況,泰國(guó)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)吸引外商直接投資的總體規(guī)模、產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)、來源地情況和政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、技術(shù)環(huán)境,泰國(guó)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)吸引外商直接投資存在的問題。然后,本文還運(yùn)用SWOT分析方法對(duì)泰國(guó)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)吸引外商直接投資影響因素進(jìn)行內(nèi)部?jī)?yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)和外部機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)分析。最后根據(jù)泰國(guó)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)吸引外商直接投資存在的問題和SWOT分析的結(jié)論,提出相關(guān)的對(duì)策和建議。 通過研究泰國(guó)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)吸引外商直接投資現(xiàn)狀與對(duì)策,希望能對(duì)泰國(guó)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)乃至泰國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展提供一定的參考價(jià)值和借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Thailand has changed from a traditional agricultural country to an industrial country, and its economy has developed rapidly. With the improvement of living standards, the demand for automobiles has increased. The development of Thailand's automobile industry began in 1960s, before that. In the early 1960s, Thailand began to import foreign automobile production lines and set up automobile equipment plants in Thailand. Thailand has become Southeast Asia's auto manufacturing center and ASEAN's largest auto market, and the auto industry has developed into Thailand's No. 1 pillar industry. In recent years, the multinational automobile enterprises have entered the Thai market one after another, and the automobile manufacturers of different sizes in Thailand all have different degrees of joint venture and cooperation with the multinational enterprises. Foreign invested enterprises provide advanced technology. Capital and management experience can effectively promote the development of local enterprises in Thailand and promote the development of industrial organizations to the direction of effective competition, although the scale of foreign direct investment in Thailand automobile is constantly expanding. However, it also brings a lot of problems to the development of the automobile industry in Thailand. The author chooses the current situation and countermeasures of foreign direct investment in the automobile industry of Thailand as the research topic. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the present situation and existing problems of foreign direct investment (FDI) in automobile industry in Thailand, and then put forward some countermeasures and suggestions. This paper starts with the concept of foreign direct investment, monopoly advantage theory, internalization theory, location theory, international production compromise theory, product life cycle theory and marginal industrial expansion theory. After a systematic introduction of Thailand's automobile industry and its attracting foreign direct investment status and existing problems, mainly from the following aspects of analysis, respectively: Thailand automotive industry overview. The overall scale, product structure, origin situation and political, economic, social and technological environment of the Thai automobile industry attracting FDI. Then. This article also uses the SWOT analysis method to carry on the internal superiority to the Thailand automobile industry to attract the foreign direct investment influence factor. Finally, according to the problems existing in attracting foreign direct investment in Thailand automobile industry and the conclusion of SWOT analysis, the relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. By studying the current situation and countermeasures of attracting foreign direct investment in Thailand's automobile industry, the author hopes to provide some reference value and significance for Thailand's automobile industry and even Thailand's economic development.
