【摘要】：進(jìn)入新世紀(jì)以來(lái)，伴隨著市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的日益激烈，越來(lái)越多的企業(yè)管理者逐漸認(rèn)識(shí)到企業(yè)間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)除了核心技術(shù)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)之外，更多的體現(xiàn)在企業(yè)對(duì)市場(chǎng)的響應(yīng)度上。在當(dāng)前的經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境下，企業(yè)逐漸在向小批次多品種的經(jīng)營(yíng)模式上轉(zhuǎn)變。在這種情況下，企業(yè)對(duì)市場(chǎng)的響應(yīng)速度很大程度上決定了企業(yè)的發(fā)展。而庫(kù)存又在一定程度上影響了企業(yè)對(duì)市場(chǎng)的響應(yīng)速度。然而，對(duì)于制造型企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō)，如何持有合適的庫(kù)存是件既重要又困難的事情。庫(kù)存持有太多，容易造成成本的增加和管理的難度；庫(kù)存持有太少，容易造成反應(yīng)速度的降低，，失去對(duì)市場(chǎng)的把握。在供應(yīng)鏈的大環(huán)境下，傳統(tǒng)的庫(kù)存控制方式已經(jīng)不能適應(yīng)新的形勢(shì)的要求。因此，從整個(gè)供應(yīng)鏈管理的角度來(lái)對(duì)庫(kù)存進(jìn)行管理顯得勢(shì)在必行。 本文研究的對(duì)象是一家中外合資的化工企業(yè)——CLT公司。 CLT公司是化工行業(yè)的領(lǐng)先者，其原料需求品種和數(shù)量眾多，產(chǎn)成品品種較多，庫(kù)存控制有一定難度，在制造型企業(yè)中有一定的代表性。本文首先分析CLT公司在庫(kù)存控制方面的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問(wèn)題，同時(shí)，簡(jiǎn)單介紹了供應(yīng)鏈管理和供應(yīng)鏈管理下的庫(kù)存控制的相關(guān)概念和理論。其次，分析了在供應(yīng)鏈管理下影響庫(kù)存控制的因素。然后，分析了多層次分類法在原材料庫(kù)存優(yōu)化控制中的應(yīng)用,介紹了EOQ模型和MRP方法，并通過(guò)實(shí)例加以說(shuō)明。另外，還介紹了VMI庫(kù)存控制策略在CLT公司的具體實(shí)施情況。希望通過(guò)理論分析和一些實(shí)踐結(jié)合，能夠找到適合CLT公司的庫(kù)存控制策略。最后，進(jìn)行了分析總結(jié)，并提出了改進(jìn)意見(jiàn)。
[Abstract]:Since entering the new century, with the increasingly fierce competition in the market, more and more enterprise managers have gradually realized that the competition among enterprises is in addition to the competition of core technology. In the current economic environment, enterprises are gradually changing to small batches of multi-variety business model. In this case. The response speed of the enterprise to the market determines the development of the enterprise to a great extent, and the inventory affects the response speed of the enterprise to the market to a certain extent. However, for the manufacturing enterprise. How to hold the appropriate inventory is both important and difficult. Too much inventory can easily lead to the increase of cost and the difficulty of management. It is easy to reduce the reaction speed and lose the grasp of the market. Under the environment of the supply chain, the traditional inventory control method can not meet the requirements of the new situation. It is imperative to manage inventory from the point of view of the whole supply chain management. The research object of this paper is a Sino-foreign joint venture chemical company, CLT Company. CLT Company is the leader of the chemical industry, its raw material demand and quantity are numerous, and there are many kinds of finished products. Inventory control is difficult and representative in manufacturing enterprises. Firstly, this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of CLT company in inventory control, at the same time. This paper briefly introduces the concepts and theories of supply chain management and inventory control under supply chain management. Secondly, it analyzes the factors that affect inventory control under supply chain management. Then. This paper analyzes the application of multi-level classification method in raw material inventory optimization control, introduces EOQ model and MRP method, and illustrates them by examples. It also introduces the implementation of VMI inventory control strategy in CLT Company. It is hoped that the inventory control strategy suitable for CLT Company can be found through theoretical analysis and some practice. Finally. Analysis and summary are made, and suggestions for improvement are put forward.
