【摘要】：信息技術(shù)在全球知識經(jīng)濟時代,已經(jīng)滲透到各行各業(yè)。信息技術(shù)在沃爾瑪、蘇寧、戴爾、阿里巴巴等國際國內(nèi)著名企業(yè)廣為報道,但是在建筑行業(yè)鮮有報道研究。本文是在調(diào)查信息技術(shù)在中南建設(shè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集團近20年應(yīng)用實施狀況的基礎(chǔ)上完成的,筆者多年來一直參與、關(guān)注并廣泛研究中南建設(shè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的信息化建設(shè)進程。從1988年28個人山東東營包清工開始,到現(xiàn)在擁有40000余人的上市集團,中南高速成長的動力是什么?在發(fā)展道路上遵循了哪些基本的規(guī)律和路徑?如何解決管理者粗放型管理的問題?如何克服效率低和成本高的問題?如何加強內(nèi)部管理控制?如何進行文化認同?通過筆者的研究,本文提供案例給予一切有志于做大做強、做優(yōu)做長的建筑行業(yè)企業(yè)啟發(fā)并提供參考。本文首先簡要介紹了中南建設(shè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集團的概況和管理特色及其在管理中面臨的四大挑戰(zhàn)。通過對信息系統(tǒng)賽局模型的分析,說明企業(yè)在競爭激烈、成本上漲、利潤攤薄、風(fēng)險加大的情況下實施信息化建設(shè)的必要性。作為一個共享的信息平臺,信息化系統(tǒng)避免了傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)的決策機制僵化、反饋速度慢、組織機構(gòu)官僚化的大企業(yè)病。本研究的意義還在于響應(yīng)國家住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)部對建筑特級資質(zhì)企業(yè)的規(guī)定和要求,對于正在申報或?qū)⒁陥蠼ㄖ丶壻Y質(zhì)的企業(yè)有借鑒意義。其次,論文運用動態(tài)競爭與企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的理論框架(C3E分析模型、MC-RS架構(gòu)、生態(tài)系統(tǒng)圖、鉆石模型、文化戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行三環(huán)鏈)進行分析,對中南建設(shè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的新戰(zhàn)略進行了定位、規(guī)劃、并預(yù)見了可能遇到的障礙及解決措施。本文還分析了信息化目前的現(xiàn)狀及與戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型之間的關(guān)系,提出了信息化建設(shè)的需求。通過變革過程管理模型(業(yè)務(wù)診斷、戰(zhàn)略定義—能力分析、方案設(shè)計—建立測試、能力配置),為下一步信息化規(guī)劃建設(shè)提供了依據(jù)。再其次,論文運用變革過程管理模型詳細地描述了中南建設(shè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集團信息化建設(shè)的三個階段：信息化系統(tǒng)的規(guī)劃、實施及典型系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用。描述和分析了公司從1995年至今的信息化建設(shè)歷程。在規(guī)劃階段重點介紹了BIM技術(shù)與ERP系統(tǒng)的結(jié)合,物聯(lián)網(wǎng),云計算、云存儲,智能決策中心,建設(shè)智慧型總部等,闡述了信息技術(shù)在企業(yè)從勞動密集型向現(xiàn)代科技型轉(zhuǎn)型的過程中所扮演的“使能器”角色；在實施階段介紹了信息系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)的搭建,信息系統(tǒng)實施的計劃與組織、方法與過程及實施過程中遇到的問題及解決方法；在應(yīng)用階段重點介紹了信息化六個典型系統(tǒng)的功能、解決的問題和創(chuàng)新之處,并簡要概括了中南建設(shè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集團信息化取得的主要成效。最后,本文在總結(jié)全文的基礎(chǔ)上給出了結(jié)論,并給已經(jīng)實施、正在實施或準備實施信息化系統(tǒng)的同行業(yè)企業(yè)提出尚要進一步探索與研究的問題。
[Abstract]:In the era of global knowledge economy, information technology has penetrated into various industries. It has been widely reported in Walmart, SUNING, Dell, Alibaba and other famous international and domestic enterprises. However, there are few reports in the construction industry. This paper is based on the investigation of the application of information technology in the recent 20 years of the implementation of the construction industry group, the author has been involved for many years. From 1988, 28 people from Shandong Dongying Bao Qinggong, now has more than 40000 listed groups. What is the driving force behind the high-speed growth of the central and southern regions? What basic laws and paths have been followed on the road of development? How to solve the problem of extensive management? How to overcome the problems of low efficiency and high cost? How to strengthen the internal management control? How to carry out cultural identity? Through the author's research, this paper provides a case to give all aspiring to be bigger and stronger. The paper first briefly introduces the general situation and management characteristics of the construction industry group in Central and South China and the four challenges it faces in the management. Analysis. It is necessary for enterprises to implement information construction under the condition of fierce competition, rising costs, diluted profits and increasing risks. It is a shared information platform. Information system avoids the rigid decision-making mechanism and slow feedback speed of traditional enterprises. The significance of this study is to respond to the regulations and requirements of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Construction on the construction of super qualification enterprises. It has reference significance for enterprises that are applying for or about to apply for special grade building qualifications. Secondly, the paper uses the theoretical framework of dynamic competition and sustainable development of enterprises to make use of C3E analysis model and MC-RS framework. Ecosystem map, diamond model, cultural strategy implementation of the three-ring chain analysis, the construction of the industry in the central and south of the new strategy for positioning, planning. The paper also analyzes the present situation of informatization and the relationship between informatization and strategic transformation. The requirements of information construction are put forward. Through the change process management model (business diagnosis, strategic definition-capability analysis, scheme design-building test, capability configuration). For the next step to provide the basis for the planning and construction of information. Secondly, the paper uses the change process management model to describe in detail the three stages of the information construction of the Central South Construction Industry Group: the planning of the information system. The implementation and application of typical systems. Describes and analyzes the information construction process of the company from 1995 to present. In the planning stage, the combination of BIM technology and ERP system, Internet of things, cloud computing is introduced. Cloud storage, intelligent decision center, construction of intelligent headquarters, etc., this paper expounds the role of information technology in the process of enterprise transformation from labor-intensive to modern science and technology. In the implementation phase, it introduces the construction of the information system architecture, the plan and organization of the information system implementation, the method and process, the problems encountered in the implementation process and the solutions. In the application phase, the functions, problems and innovations of the six typical systems of informatization are introduced, and the main achievements of informatization of the Central South China Construction Industry Group are briefly summarized. On the basis of summing up the full text, this paper gives a conclusion, and puts forward some questions that need further exploration and research to the same industry enterprises which have already implemented, are implementing or are preparing to implement the information system.
