【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)電力企業(yè)物資管理的快速發(fā)展,對(duì)于企業(yè)的內(nèi)部管理而言,需要由粗放到精細(xì)化的轉(zhuǎn)變。對(duì)信息的處理方法及手段要求也越來(lái)越現(xiàn)代化,物資管理的水平也不斷提高深化,舊的物資管理模式已經(jīng)不能適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代化需要。為了進(jìn)一步提高電力企業(yè)物資管理的效率,及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確地了解物資的庫(kù)存、采購(gòu)、供應(yīng)、消耗等情況,減少庫(kù)存和資金積壓,為企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)、管理者提供科學(xué)的決策,迫切需要一套科學(xué)化、現(xiàn)代化的電力物資管理系統(tǒng)。 論文從電力實(shí)業(yè)集團(tuán)公司物資管理中心的角度出發(fā),應(yīng)用物資管理理論和信息技術(shù)來(lái)建立和優(yōu)化電力實(shí)業(yè)集團(tuán)公司的物資管理系統(tǒng)。良好的電力物資管理系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)從記賬核算型到管理決策型軟件的重大轉(zhuǎn)變,實(shí)現(xiàn)信息管理的自動(dòng)化,全面涵蓋物資管理業(yè)務(wù)整個(gè)過(guò)程,減少庫(kù)存積壓,實(shí)現(xiàn)物資全閉環(huán)、全周期、全壽命管理模式,提高企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,是物資現(xiàn)代化管理的重要手段?墒闺娏(shí)業(yè)集團(tuán)公司物資管理達(dá)到數(shù)字化、集約化要求,實(shí)現(xiàn)物資的規(guī)范化管理,提高物資管理的工作效率。 論文通過(guò)物資管理信息系統(tǒng)的建設(shè),實(shí)現(xiàn)了集團(tuán)公司物資管理從計(jì)劃、采購(gòu)、儲(chǔ)運(yùn)、調(diào)撥、配送到結(jié)算的全過(guò)程信息化管理,達(dá)到物資管理工作中的計(jì)劃、決策、控制的科學(xué)化、規(guī)范化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化和制度化。實(shí)際應(yīng)用效果表明了該物資管理信息系統(tǒng)的有效性和實(shí)用性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the material management of electric power enterprises in our country, for the internal management of enterprises, need a coarse fine. On transforming the processing method to the information and tools are more and more modern materials management, the rising level of deepening, old material management model has been unable to meet the need of modernization in order to further improve the efficiency. The electric power enterprise's material management, timely and accurate understanding of materials inventory, procurement, supply, consumption, reduce the backlog of inventory and capital, for business managers to provide scientific decision-making, the urgent need for a scientific management system, the electric power supplies modernization.
From the material management center electric power industry group company perspective, material management system application of material management theory and information technology to establish and optimize the electric power industry group company. The electric power supplies a good management system can achieve a major change from accounting to management decision-making software, realize the automation of information management, comprehensive material management the whole business process, reduce the backlog of inventory, supplies to achieve full closed, full life cycle, management mode, improve the economic efficiency of enterprises, is an important means of modern management. The material can make the material management of electric power industry group company to achieve digital, intensive, standardized management of materials, improve material management work efficiency.
Through the construction of the material management information system, implementation of materials management company from the plan, procurement, storage, allocation, distribution to the whole process of information management to achieve settlement, materials management plan, decision-making, scientific control, standardization, standardization and institutionalization. Practical application shows the effectiveness and the practicability of the material management information system.
