【摘要】：ERP系統(tǒng)作為甘肅省電力公司信息系統(tǒng)的樞紐,其易用化程度的提升對(duì)于提升整個(gè)公司的信息系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用有著非常在重要的作用。論文以甘肅省電力公司ERP的應(yīng)用為研究背景,結(jié)合本人從事的ERP業(yè)務(wù)實(shí)際工作,分析了ERP系統(tǒng)在甘肅省電力公司的設(shè)計(jì)及應(yīng)用,分解出對(duì)ERP系統(tǒng)的支撐要求。通過(guò)大量的易用化意見(jiàn)收集、進(jìn)行分析研究,著重開(kāi)發(fā)系統(tǒng)人性化、易用化方面的功能,幫助公司員工快速、輕松的應(yīng)用ERP系統(tǒng),并能夠在遇到實(shí)際問(wèn)題時(shí)能夠找到便捷、高效的解決途徑,實(shí)現(xiàn)信息化與電力企業(yè)發(fā)展的深度融合,帶動(dòng)管理水平和工作效率的進(jìn)一步提升。通過(guò)這些措施,達(dá)到提升甘肅省電力公司ERP系統(tǒng)的易用化程度、應(yīng)用水平、并促進(jìn)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)一步深化應(yīng)用的目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:ERP system is the hub of information system of Gansu Electric Power Company. The improvement of its ease of use plays a very important role in improving the application of information system in the whole company. This paper takes the application of ERP in Gansu Electric Power Company as the research background. Combined with the actual work of ERP business, this paper analyzes the design and application of ERP system in Gansu Electric Power Company, and decomposes the support requirements of ERP system, and collects a large number of easy-to-use opinions. Carry on the analysis research, emphatically develop the system humanization, easy to use the aspect function, help the company employee to apply the ERP system quickly and easily, and be able to find the convenience when meeting the actual problem. Efficient solutions to achieve the deep integration of information technology and the development of electric power enterprises, driving the further improvement of management level and work efficiency. Through these measures. The purpose of this paper is to improve the ease of use and application level of ERP system in Gansu Electric Power Company, and to promote the further application of the system.
