【摘要】：生物醫(yī)藥行業(yè)作為一個(gè)快速發(fā)展中的新興高技術(shù)行業(yè),許多國(guó)家尤其是歐美發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家都很重視該行業(yè)的發(fā)展。生物醫(yī)藥行業(yè)是一個(gè)技術(shù)密集型和資金密集型相結(jié)合的行業(yè)。該行業(yè)的技術(shù)要求高、投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)大,生物醫(yī)藥企業(yè)對(duì)資金的需求都是很大的,于是,如何解決融資問題成為研究該行業(yè)非常重要的課題。 本文依據(jù)生物醫(yī)藥企業(yè)獨(dú)有的特點(diǎn),參考國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)于融資問題的研究成果,采用統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)的回歸分析方法,細(xì)致研究了我國(guó)生物醫(yī)藥企業(yè)的融資結(jié)構(gòu)問題。并將我國(guó)生物醫(yī)藥企業(yè)的融資情況與歐美發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的生物醫(yī)藥企業(yè)的融資情況進(jìn)行比較研究。最后對(duì)我國(guó)生物醫(yī)藥企業(yè)的融資策略做出了自己的建議。政府,金融機(jī)構(gòu),企業(yè)自身,乃至整個(gè)社會(huì),都有責(zé)任和義務(wù)為不斷完善我國(guó)生物醫(yī)藥企業(yè)的融資結(jié)構(gòu)貢獻(xiàn)自己的力量,從而推動(dòng)我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)不斷向前發(fā)展、社會(huì)越來越進(jìn)步、人民生活健康水平不斷提高。
[Abstract]:Biomedical industry as a rapidly developing high-tech industry. Many countries, especially developed countries in Europe and America, attach great importance to the development of the industry. Biomedical industry is a technology-intensive and capital-intensive industry. The demand for funds of biomedical enterprises is great, so how to solve the problem of financing has become a very important topic in this industry. In this paper, according to the unique characteristics of biomedical enterprises, referring to the domestic and foreign scholars for financing research results, the use of statistical regression analysis method. The financing structure of Chinese biomedical enterprises is studied in detail, and the financing situation of Chinese biomedical enterprises is compared with that of the developed countries in Europe and the United States. Finally, the financing situation of Chinese biomedical enterprises is compared with that of the developed countries in Europe and the United States. The financing strategy of pharmaceutical companies has made their own suggestions. Government. Financial institutions, enterprises themselves, and even the whole society have the responsibility and obligation to contribute their own strength to the continuous improvement of the financing structure of Chinese biomedical enterprises, thus promoting the economic development of our country. Society is progressing more and more, and the people's living and health standards are constantly improving.
