【摘要】：針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度算法分析能源—經(jīng)濟(jì)—環(huán)境系統(tǒng)關(guān)系存在的缺陷問(wèn)題,提出了一種改進(jìn)的灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度算法,滿(mǎn)足了序列的保序效應(yīng)和算法的規(guī)范性,并以某地區(qū)能源—經(jīng)濟(jì)—環(huán)境系統(tǒng)協(xié)調(diào)性研究為例,利用該算法分別研究了能源與經(jīng)濟(jì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)與環(huán)境和能源與環(huán)境等二元系統(tǒng)的協(xié)調(diào)關(guān)系以及能源—經(jīng)濟(jì)—環(huán)境三元系統(tǒng)的協(xié)調(diào)關(guān)系,并將計(jì)算結(jié)果與傳統(tǒng)算法進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果表明,改進(jìn)的算法合理、可行;影響該地區(qū)能源經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境系統(tǒng)協(xié)調(diào)性的重要因素是能源消費(fèi)布局,在該地區(qū)范圍內(nèi)推廣電能替代政策對(duì)能源經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境系統(tǒng)的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展起著至關(guān)重要的作用。
[Abstract]:In view of the traditional algorithm of grey correlation degree analysis of defects existing in system of energy economy environment, put forward a kind of improved grey correlation algorithm, meet the specification of isotonic effect and the sequence of algorithms, and a regional energy - economy - environment system coordination research as an example, the energy and economy respectively. Based on the algorithm, coordinate the relationship between economy and environment and energy and the environment two yuan system and energy economy environment system coordination between three yuan, and compared the calculation results with the traditional algorithm. The results show that the improved algorithm is reasonable and feasible; the important factors influencing the coordination of the regional energy economy environment system is the energy consumption distribution, promotion of alternative energy policy on the coordinated development of energy economy environment system plays a vital role in the region.
