【摘要】:S公司的擴建項目屬于化工行業(yè)建設項目的范疇,具有化工建設項目時間緊、流程長、技術復雜、專業(yè)要求高等特點,同時,在該項目進行過程中,也出現(xiàn)了反饋流程長、相同問題反復出現(xiàn)、溝通效率低下等問題,根據(jù)項目實際觀察以及問卷調(diào)查研究的結論,發(fā)現(xiàn)其中一項重要原因在于該項目對最終用戶的利益訴求未能充分調(diào)查和滿足,缺乏有效的溝通規(guī)劃。因此,本文即從最終用戶的角度入手,編制合理的溝通規(guī)劃,供以S公司擴建項目為代表的化工建設項目借鑒和使用。 本文首先以項目的任務分解表為基礎,通過對各項目干系人的溝通特點及溝通地位的分析,結合干系人在各項目任務中的參與職責,整合出了S公司擴建項目的責任矩陣。其次,針對最終用戶在責任矩陣中的各項任務,本文分析出最終用戶作為主辦、配合、決策、檢查反饋、信息通知五種角色參與該擴建項目時,在項目全壽命周期所存在的個人、組織及溝通過程三個方面的溝通障礙因素,然后結合化工項目的實際情況與理論分析,探討出針對性的解決措施。最終,根據(jù)針對S公司項目最用用戶所作的問卷調(diào)查結論,以及已分析出的各類溝通障礙及其解決措施,編制出適合化工建設項目應用的最終用戶的溝通規(guī)劃表。 論文的研究工作及主要創(chuàng)新點有以下幾點。第一:結合化工建設項目的特點,按照米切爾評分法的思路,區(qū)分出了化工建設項目中,在全壽命周期不同階段的干系人級別,可以幫助該類項目在溝通時提高針對性。其次,系統(tǒng)地對S公司擴建項目最終用戶的溝通現(xiàn)狀進行了問卷調(diào)查,通過分析和總結,所得結論可供其他項目關注、借鑒。第三,通過對各干系人在項目中五種職責角色的分析,詳細歸納出在化工建設項目全壽命周期中,所有參與團隊的責任矩陣。最后,論文全面、系統(tǒng)地分析出了最終用戶在全壽命周期中,作為不同角色參與項目進程中的溝通障礙表,在該類研究中也處于較早階段。 本文從S公司擴建項目最終用戶的角度出發(fā),重點研究在該項目中最終用戶的溝通規(guī)劃管理,包括其應承擔的工作職責和溝通職責,消除其項目各階段工作中的溝通障礙,提高溝通效率,這顯然將大幅提高S公司該擴建項目中最終用戶的溝通滿意度和剩余工作績效。同時,本文制定的溝通規(guī)劃及相關表格,如責任矩陣、溝通障礙表等,以及整體的編制思路和方法,在實際建設中,也可作為借鑒與參考,供以S公司擴建項目為代表的其他類似化工建設項目使用。
[Abstract]:The extension project of S Company belongs to the scope of the chemical industry construction project, which has the characteristics of tight time, long process, complex technology, high professional requirements and so on. At the same time, in the process of the project. There are also problems such as long feedback process, repeated problems, low communication efficiency, and so on, according to the project actual observation and the conclusion of the questionnaire research. It is found that one of the important reasons is that the project does not adequately investigate and satisfy the interests of the end-user, and lacks effective communication planning. Therefore, this paper starts from the end-user 's point of view. To draw up reasonable communication plan for reference and use of chemical construction project represented by S company expansion project. This paper first based on the task decomposition table of the project, through the analysis of the communication characteristics and communication status of the project stakeholders, combined with the participation of stakeholders in the tasks of the project responsibilities. The responsibility matrix of S company expansion project is integrated. Secondly, for the various tasks of the end-user in the responsibility matrix, this paper analyzes the end-user as the host, coordination, decision-making, check feedback. Information notifies five roles to participate in the expansion project, in the project life cycle in the three aspects of communication obstacles, organization and communication process, and then combined with the actual situation of the chemical project and theoretical analysis. Finally, according to the conclusion of the questionnaire survey for the most users of the S company project, as well as the analysis of all kinds of communication obstacles and their solutions. Work out the communication planning table for the end users of the chemical construction project application. The research work and main innovation of this paper are as follows: first, according to the characteristics of chemical construction projects, according to the Mitchell scoring method, the chemical construction projects are distinguished. In the life cycle of different stages of stakeholder level, can help this kind of projects in communication to improve the pertinence. Secondly, the system of S company expansion project end-user communication status of a questionnaire survey. Through analysis and summary, the conclusions can be used for other projects. Third, through the analysis of the five roles of stakeholders in the project, it is concluded in detail in the chemical construction project life cycle. Finally, the paper comprehensively and systematically analyzes the end users' communication barriers in the process of participating in the project as different roles in the whole life cycle. In this kind of research is also in the early stage. This paper focuses on the communication planning management of the end-user in the S company extension project from the perspective of the end-user, including its job responsibilities and communication responsibilities. Eliminating communication barriers in all phases of the project and improving communication efficiency will obviously significantly improve the communication satisfaction and residual job performance of the end-users in the S company's expansion project. The communication planning and related tables, such as responsibility matrix, communication barrier table, etc., as well as the overall compilation ideas and methods, can also be used for reference in the actual construction. For S company expansion project as the representative of other similar chemical construction projects to use.
