【摘要】：信息不對稱理論是經(jīng)典博弈論中的一個重要理論,自20世紀70年代以來一直是經(jīng)濟學研究中充滿生機和活力的領域。由于信息不對稱現(xiàn)象的到處存在,因此信息不對稱理論的應用范圍也非常的廣泛。不僅在市場上存在著大量的信息不對稱現(xiàn)象,在企業(yè)管理中也存在信息不對稱現(xiàn)象,正是由于這些信息不對稱現(xiàn)象的存在,使得企業(yè)運作的效率大打折扣,成本大幅上升,決策準確性下降。 隨著全球化進程的不斷加劇,經(jīng)營環(huán)境的日趨開放,創(chuàng)新格局的同質(zhì)化進程的逐步加快,企業(yè)的經(jīng)營環(huán)境也隨之瞬息萬變。面對不斷變化的市場和經(jīng)營環(huán)境,企業(yè)內(nèi)部存在的信息不對稱現(xiàn)象正在成為影響企業(yè)競爭力的重要因素。企業(yè)組織的扁平化和信息化是改善企業(yè)內(nèi)部信息不對稱的有效措施,而企業(yè)組織的扁平化和信息化必然要伴隨企業(yè)內(nèi)部的業(yè)務流程再造(BPR),因此業(yè)務流程再造理論也為本文的研究提供了必要的技術手段。 本論文研究的目標是通過研究探索一種在企業(yè)內(nèi)部信息不對稱條件下充分結合信息技術分析和優(yōu)化業(yè)務流程的方法,用以達到改善企業(yè)內(nèi)部信息不對稱現(xiàn)象的目的。 本文首先進行了理論方面的簡要分析和綜述,比較并歸納了常用的業(yè)務流程分析和優(yōu)化的方法：魚骨圖法、工作分析法、標桿法、IDEFO法；其次提出了信息不對稱條件下的業(yè)務流程分析和優(yōu)化的方法包括分析步驟和優(yōu)化原則；最后本文通過在信息不對稱條件下對N公司的部分業(yè)務流程進行分析和優(yōu)化,驗證了本論文研究方法的可行性,操作性,并分析比較了采用該方法帶來的企業(yè)綜合效益。
[Abstract]:Information asymmetry theory is an important theory in classical game theory and has been a vital and dynamic field in economic research since 1970s. Because of the phenomenon of information asymmetry exists everywhere. Therefore, the application of information asymmetry theory is also very wide. There are not only a large number of information asymmetry phenomenon in the market, but also information asymmetry phenomenon in enterprise management. Because of the existence of these asymmetric information phenomena, the efficiency of enterprise operation is greatly reduced, the cost is greatly increased, and the accuracy of decision is reduced. With the continuous intensification of the globalization process, the increasingly open business environment, the gradual acceleration of the process of homogenization of innovation patterns, the business environment of enterprises is also changing rapidly, facing the ever-changing market and business environment. The phenomenon of information asymmetry in enterprises is becoming an important factor affecting the competitiveness of enterprises. The flatness and informatization of enterprise organization is an effective measure to improve the information asymmetry within enterprises. The flattening and informatization of enterprise organization must be accompanied by BPRR, so the theory of BPR also provides the necessary technical means for the research of this paper. The goal of this paper is to explore a method of analyzing and optimizing business process by combining information technology with information asymmetry in the enterprise. In order to achieve the purpose of improving the information asymmetry within the enterprise. At first, this paper makes a brief analysis and summary of the theory, compares and summarizes the common methods of business process analysis and optimization: fish bone chart, work analysis, benchmarking method and IDEFO method; Secondly, the methods of business process analysis and optimization under the condition of asymmetric information are put forward, including the analysis steps and the optimization principles. Finally, through the analysis and optimization of some business processes of N Company under the condition of asymmetric information, the feasibility and maneuverability of this research method are verified. The comprehensive benefits brought by this method are analyzed and compared.
