【摘要】：隨著現(xiàn)代社會的飛速發(fā)展和企業(yè)做大做強的需要,原有生產(chǎn)設備及技術已不能滿足社會需求,各紡織類企業(yè)正廣泛開展技術改造。項目管理在此過程中受到越來越多的關注�？茖W技術發(fā)展的同時也給項目的運營和管理帶來更多風險。如何有效規(guī)避項目實施過程中的風險是我國紡織企業(yè)工作者迫切要求和艱巨任務。 本文立足風險管理的基本理論,對生產(chǎn)線改造項目進行了風險識別、風險分析,并制定了詳細的風險應對策略。此外,還對公司現(xiàn)行項目風險管理中存在的問題進行了分析、闡述,提出了風險管理中存在的問題及解決思路。采用頭腦風暴法、德爾菲法對本項目進行風險識別,指出本次項目主要風險有安全、環(huán)境風險、質(zhì)量風險、技術風險等。采用定性與定量相結合的思路方法,運用盈虧平衡法、敏感性分析、經(jīng)驗加權法和風險分析值法對風險進行分析,最后提出了具體的項目風險管理措施。為將來在類似企業(yè)的項目風險管理工作提供實踐上的借鑒,促使企業(yè)能進一步做好項目風險管理工作,通過有效的風險管理來保證項目執(zhí)行過程得以順利完成。對我國紡織產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展有著十分重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern society and the need for enterprises to become bigger and stronger, the original production equipment and technology can no longer meet the needs of the society. Various textile enterprises are carrying out technical transformation extensively. Project management is paid more and more attention in this process. The development of science and technology also brings more risks to the operation and management of the project. How to avoid the project effectively. The risk in the process is the urgent demand and arduous task of the textile enterprise workers in our country. This paper bases on the basic theory of risk management, carries on the risk identification, the risk analysis to the production line transformation project, and formulates the detailed risk response strategy. It also analyzes the problems existing in the current project risk management of the company, expounds the problems existing in the risk management and puts forward the solutions. The brainstorming method and Delphi method are used to identify the risk of the project. It is pointed out that the main risks of this project are safety, environmental risk, quality risk, technical risk and so on. The empirical weighting method and the risk analysis value method are used to analyze the risk. Finally, the concrete project risk management measures are put forward, which can be used for reference in the project risk management of similar enterprises in the future. To promote the enterprise to further do project risk management work. It is of great theoretical and practical significance for the sustainable development of China's textile industry to ensure the successful completion of the project implementation process through effective risk management.
