【摘要】:齊二機(jī)床廠作為一家國(guó)有大型制造企業(yè),主要生產(chǎn)數(shù)控機(jī)床。企業(yè)經(jīng)過(guò)多年的發(fā)展,已經(jīng)積累了一些資源和管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。但是在全球化背景下,齊二機(jī)床廠要想在國(guó)際市場(chǎng)中獲得一席之地,還需不斷地創(chuàng)新,提高產(chǎn)品的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。由于齊二機(jī)床廠生產(chǎn)的數(shù)控機(jī)床組裝復(fù)雜,很多零部件、產(chǎn)品需要從外部采購(gòu)獲得。在供應(yīng)鏈管理越來(lái)越受關(guān)注的時(shí)代,齊二機(jī)床廠要想在市場(chǎng)中獲得優(yōu)勢(shì),需要與供應(yīng)鏈中的供應(yīng)商合作,降低數(shù)控機(jī)床的生產(chǎn)成本,,提高數(shù)控機(jī)床的質(zhì)量,縮短產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)時(shí)間。因此,齊二機(jī)床廠制定一套完善的供應(yīng)商管理策略是非常重要和必要的。 本文在回顧供應(yīng)商分類、供應(yīng)商選擇、供應(yīng)商開(kāi)發(fā)、供應(yīng)商關(guān)系管理相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)上,分析齊二機(jī)床廠采購(gòu)產(chǎn)品特征和數(shù)控總裝供應(yīng)商特征。針對(duì)齊二機(jī)床廠目前的數(shù)控總裝供應(yīng)商管理現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)齊二機(jī)床廠在供應(yīng)商分類、供應(yīng)商選擇、供應(yīng)商開(kāi)發(fā)、供應(yīng)商關(guān)系管理方面存在問(wèn)題。為了有效解決這些問(wèn)題,本文制定了齊二機(jī)床廠數(shù)控總裝供應(yīng)商管理改進(jìn)策略,主要包括供應(yīng)商分類策略、供應(yīng)商選擇策略、供應(yīng)商培育策略和供應(yīng)商關(guān)系管理策略。為了保障這些供應(yīng)商管理策略的有效實(shí)施,本文根據(jù)齊二機(jī)床廠的實(shí)際情況,在溝通協(xié)調(diào)、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范、信息管理、激勵(lì)方面建立了相應(yīng)的保障機(jī)制。 本文將供應(yīng)商管理相關(guān)理論知識(shí)與齊二機(jī)床廠數(shù)控總裝供應(yīng)商管理實(shí)際情況相結(jié)合,針對(duì)性和應(yīng)用性較強(qiáng),為齊二機(jī)床廠改善數(shù)控總裝供應(yīng)商管理現(xiàn)狀提供策略和指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:Qier Machine tool Factory, as a large state-owned manufacturing enterprise, mainly produces CNC machine tools. After years of development, the enterprise has accumulated some resources and management experience, but in the context of globalization. In order to gain a place in the international market, Qier Machine tool Factory needs to continuously innovate and improve the competitiveness of its products. Due to the complex assembly of CNC machine tools produced by the second Machine tool Factory, many parts and components are needed. Products need to be purchased from outside. In the era of more and more attention to supply chain management, in order to gain advantages in the market, Qier machine tool factory needs to cooperate with suppliers in the supply chain to reduce the production cost of CNC machine tools. To improve the quality of CNC machine tools and shorten the production time, therefore, it is very important and necessary for the second machine tool factory to formulate a set of perfect supplier management strategy. This paper reviews the relevant theories of supplier classification, supplier selection, supplier development and supplier relationship management. This paper analyzes the characteristics of purchasing products and NC assembly suppliers in the second machine tool factory. According to the current management status of CNC assembly supplier in the second machine tool factory, it finds that the supplier classification and supplier selection in the second machine tool factory. There are some problems in supplier development and supplier relationship management. In order to solve these problems effectively, this paper formulates the improvement strategy of CNC assembly supplier management in the second machine tool factory, mainly including supplier classification strategy. Supplier selection strategy, supplier cultivation strategy and supplier relationship management strategy. In order to ensure the effective implementation of these supplier management strategies, this paper according to the actual situation of the two machine tools factory, in communication and coordination. Risk prevention, information management, incentive has established the corresponding safeguard mechanism. This paper combines the relevant theory knowledge of supplier management with the actual situation of CNC assembly supplier management in Q2 Machine tool Factory, which has strong pertinence and application. Provide strategy and guidance for improving CNC assembly supplier management status.
