【摘要】：全球化的發(fā)展,越來(lái)越多的企業(yè)特別是跨國(guó)公司為了保持和加強(qiáng)領(lǐng)先的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),更加努力地將生產(chǎn)資料的需求設(shè)置在分散的世界各地,這些資源的進(jìn)一步再分配和供應(yīng)鏈的延伸,加劇了企業(yè)對(duì)物流供給的渴求,尤其是對(duì)更加專(zhuān)業(yè)化的第三方物流的倚靠。 收集和整理目前國(guó)內(nèi)外研究人員關(guān)于第三方物流供應(yīng)商選擇研究的成果和方法,其選擇評(píng)價(jià)的指標(biāo)體系比較廣泛,但不針對(duì)大型設(shè)備物流。 本文首先介紹了第三方物流供應(yīng)商選擇研究的現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合某大型設(shè)備生產(chǎn)企業(yè)物流的特點(diǎn),闡明供應(yīng)商選擇研究的方法和目的,指出選擇研究的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)是構(gòu)建針對(duì)某大型設(shè)備生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的指標(biāo)體系。 然后,根據(jù)層次分析法的原理,通過(guò)咨詢(xún)物流行業(yè)專(zhuān)家的方式,提煉出選擇指標(biāo)的范圍和內(nèi)容,建立某大型設(shè)備生產(chǎn)企業(yè)第三方物流供應(yīng)商選擇的相關(guān)指標(biāo)體系,并綜合專(zhuān)家意見(jiàn)給予各指標(biāo)的賦值 再次,將所建立的指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行延伸與拓展,同實(shí)例相結(jié)合,選定最佳物流供應(yīng)商,并分析結(jié)果。 最后,對(duì)研究某大型設(shè)備生產(chǎn)企業(yè)第三方物流供應(yīng)商選擇進(jìn)行總結(jié),說(shuō)明指標(biāo)產(chǎn)生的合理和不足。
[Abstract]:With the development of globalization , more and more enterprises , especially transnational corporations , have made more efforts to set the demand of production data in scattered parts of the world in order to maintain and strengthen the leading competitive advantage , and the further redistribution of these resources and the extension of the supply chain aggravate the enterprise ' s thirst for logistics supply , especially for the more specialized third - party logistics . Collect and sort out the research achievements and methods at home and abroad at home and abroad on the choice of third - party logistics suppliers . The index system of selection and evaluation is relatively wide , but not for large - scale equipment logistics . This paper first introduces the status quo of the third - party logistics supplier selection research and the characteristics of a large - scale equipment production enterprise logistics , and expounds the methods and purposes of the supplier selection research , and points out that the innovation point of selecting the research is to construct the index system for the production enterprise of a large - scale equipment . Then , according to the principle of the analytic hierarchy process , through consulting the logistics industry experts , the scope and content of the selection index are refined , the relevant index system of the third - party logistics supplier selection of a large - scale equipment production enterprise is established , and the assignment value of each index is given by the comprehensive expert opinion . Thirdly , extend and expand the established index system , combine with the example , select the best logistics supplier , and analyze the results . Finally , the selection of third - party logistics suppliers in a large - scale equipment production enterprise is summarized , and the reasonable and insufficient indexes are explained .
