【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟(jì)飛速發(fā)展的今天,資源枯竭問(wèn)題是我們面臨的最大難題。資源嚴(yán)重的制約了經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,走一條可持續(xù)的循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展道路已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)勢(shì)必進(jìn)行的抉擇。傳統(tǒng)的線性經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)方式是以犧牲環(huán)境為代價(jià)來(lái)獲取經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的一種粗獷型經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)方式,這種經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)方式使得經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)與環(huán)境系統(tǒng)之間的矛盾沖突更加激烈。所以,發(fā)展循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)、高效綜合利用二次資源已成為加快我國(guó)工業(yè)化進(jìn)程和我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展和全人類可持續(xù)發(fā)展的需求。 循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)是把傳統(tǒng)的高污染、高排放、低利用的粗獷型線性經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)方式變革為減量化、再利用、資源化的物質(zhì)閉路循環(huán)和能量梯次流動(dòng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)方式。其作為一種滿足經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)發(fā)展的新的經(jīng)濟(jì)模式,獨(dú)具自身特有的運(yùn)行機(jī)理,能有效促進(jìn)資源節(jié)約、環(huán)境保護(hù),實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 本論文以有色金屬企業(yè)二次資源利用的運(yùn)行機(jī)理為研究對(duì)象,針對(duì)新的環(huán)境模式下有色金屬企業(yè)的二次資源利用進(jìn)行研究。應(yīng)用環(huán)境學(xué)、戰(zhàn)略管理學(xué)、產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)學(xué)、工業(yè)共生理論、循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論和可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論的知識(shí)與理念,采用定性研究與定量研究相結(jié)合,理論研究與實(shí)踐研究相結(jié)合的方法,提出循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)模式下二次資源利用的運(yùn)行機(jī)制方面的發(fā)展理論和實(shí)現(xiàn)途徑以及二次資源利用中應(yīng)該注意的一些關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題。選擇A公司為案例,基于A公司的實(shí)際情況和自身特色,提出適用于A公司的二次資源利用的循環(huán)運(yùn)行機(jī)制,構(gòu)建A公司自身的循環(huán)島,為A公司的二次資源利用提供實(shí)現(xiàn)條件。這對(duì)于有色金屬企業(yè)減少資源浪費(fèi)、延長(zhǎng)資源使用年限、減少環(huán)境污染和獲得經(jīng)濟(jì)效益方面都具有十分重要的理論意義和實(shí)踐意義。
[Abstract]:In today's rapid economic development, resource depletion problem is the biggest problem facing us. The resources seriously restrict the economic development and follow a sustainable development path of circular economy has become the enterprise is bound to choice. The traditional linear mode of economic growth is to obtain economic growth at the expense of the environment to a wild type the mode of economic growth, the economic growth mode makes the conflict between economic system and environmental system is more intense. Therefore, the development of circular economy, efficient utilization of resources has become the two industry of our country and accelerate the process of China's sustainable economic development and sustainable development of all humanity.
Circular economy is the traditional high pollution, high emission, low utilization of the wild type linear transformation of the economic growth as the reduction, reuse, recycling of material and energy flow of the echelon closed cycle mode of economic growth. As a kind of meet the sustainable economic development in the new economic model, the unique operation mechanism of its own that can effectively promote resource conservation, environmental protection and sustainable economic development.
In this paper, non-ferrous metal enterprise two resource utilization mechanism as the research object, to study the use of the two resources of nonferrous metal enterprises in new environment. The application of environmental science, strategic management, industrial ecology, industrial symbiosis theory, circular economy theory and sustainable development theory and the concept of knowledge, qualitative research and the quantitative study used the combination method of combining theory and practice, some key problems that should be noticed and the two ways of resource utilization and Realization of the development of theory of resources under the mode of circular economy in two aspects. The operating mechanism by choosing A company as a case, the actual situation of A company and based on its own characteristics two, resource utilization cycle operating mechanism proposed for A company, A company's construction of circular island, providing conditions for the two A company. The use of resources It is of great theoretical and practical significance for non-ferrous metal enterprises to reduce waste of resources, prolong the life of resources, reduce environmental pollution and achieve economic benefits.
