【摘要】:二十一世紀(jì)是經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化高速發(fā)展的新時代,在全球化的浪潮下,世界各國之間的經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系和貿(mào)易往來變得越來越緊密和相互依賴。經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的發(fā)展催生了市場全球化和和生產(chǎn)全球化的發(fā)展,這些變化在為企業(yè)帶來發(fā)展機(jī)遇的同時,也帶來了新的挑戰(zhàn)。面對復(fù)雜激烈的全球競爭,如何抓住機(jī)遇迎接挑戰(zhàn)是當(dāng)代企業(yè)要面臨的重要問題,也是發(fā)展中的我國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)所面臨的棘手問題。 隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的不斷深入,以及我國市場的逐漸開放,使得我國汽車工業(yè)即使在先天起步較晚、缺乏資金和技術(shù)上的比較優(yōu)勢的情況下依然獲得了蓬勃的發(fā)展。其原因就在于,我國汽車企業(yè)早已認(rèn)識到:一個僅在國內(nèi)市場配置資源的企業(yè)是難以與在全球市場上配置資源的企業(yè)相競爭的,于是,積極參與全球化的進(jìn)程,大力推進(jìn)我國汽車整車出口項(xiàng)目,到國際市場上去尋求更廣闊的空間,早已經(jīng)成為我國汽車企業(yè)在后WTO時代的必然選擇了。 然而走向國際市場并非易事,更何況我國汽車企業(yè)本身就在“先天”優(yōu)勢上存在缺陷。因此,我國汽車企業(yè)要想在東道國市場上占有一席之地,站穩(wěn)腳跟,并非是一件容易的事。國際市場與國內(nèi)市場的環(huán)境非常不同。世界各個國家的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平差次不齊,文化背景天各一方,消費(fèi)者的偏好和對于汽車的消費(fèi)理念也非常不同。再者,國家之間的政治關(guān)系、經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系瞬息萬變。這些因素隨時可能爆發(fā),成為阻礙我國汽車整車出口項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險因素。因此,我國汽車企業(yè)在進(jìn)行整車出口項(xiàng)目的規(guī)劃階段應(yīng)該充分看到這些潛在的風(fēng)險因素,從而通過理性的選擇去規(guī)避這些因素。這就需要我國的汽車企業(yè)在整車出口項(xiàng)目的前期做好規(guī)劃的工作,認(rèn)真分析并研究國際市場的環(huán)境,如:政治環(huán)境、文化環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境、科技環(huán)境等。只有這樣才能深入的了解東道國市場,從而適當(dāng)?shù)恼{(diào)整經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略,以迎合東道國的市場,樹立起自己的品牌形象,贏得競爭優(yōu)勢?梢,對東道國的市場環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析對于我國汽車汽車進(jìn)行整車出口項(xiàng)目工作是非常重要的。 本文基于產(chǎn)業(yè)的視角,圍繞我國自主汽車整車出口項(xiàng)目的影響因素進(jìn)行深入分析,在寫作過程中注重理論與實(shí)踐的聯(lián)系,采用定性分析與定量分析相結(jié)合的方式,進(jìn)行層層深入,從東道國國家層面上尋求我國自主汽車整車出口項(xiàng)目的關(guān)鍵影響因素。為了達(dá)到研究目的,本文一共分為五個部分進(jìn)行研究。在文章的第一部分主要介紹了本文的研究目的、意義和方法等。文章的第二部分則是對我國汽車整車出口項(xiàng)目的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了概述。第三部分是本文的定性分析的部分。 我們首先對我國自主汽車整車出口的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行描述。然后運(yùn)用SWOT分析方法對我國汽車整車出口項(xiàng)目的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機(jī)遇和威脅進(jìn)行定性分析。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文的第四部分選取了我國自主汽車整車出口項(xiàng)目排名前二十的國家從2002年到2012年共計(jì)十一年的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,以引力模型和鉆石模型作為理論依據(jù),建立多元線性回歸模型,運(yùn)用軟件STATA11.0進(jìn)行回歸分析,從而從東道國的國家層面對我國汽車整車出口項(xiàng)目的關(guān)鍵影響因素進(jìn)行解釋。這些因素就是我國汽車整車出口項(xiàng)目的重要的風(fēng)險構(gòu)成因子。在文章的最后,我們根據(jù)之前的研究,得出結(jié)論,提出了相應(yīng)的建議,并總結(jié)的本文寫作過程中的不足,對未來的研究提出了展望。 本文旨在通過定性分析與定量分析相結(jié)合的方式,從國家層面上找出影響我國汽車整車出口項(xiàng)目的關(guān)鍵因素,并判斷其對風(fēng)險大小的影響程度,從而總結(jié)成功的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和失敗的教訓(xùn)。這對于我國自主汽車確保整車出口項(xiàng)目工作的順利展開,擴(kuò)大出口,加快國際化進(jìn)程的步伐,以及提升國際競爭力都具有十分重要的意義。
[Abstract]:Twenty-first Century is a new era of rapid development of economic globalization, under the tide of globalization, the world economic connections between countries and trade exchanges have become increasingly close and interdependent. The development of economic globalization has spawned market globalization and production globalization, these changes bring development opportunities for the enterprises at the same time, it also brings new challenges in the face of the complex. The intense global competition, how to seize the opportunities and meet the challenges is an important issue for contemporary enterprises to face the thorny issue of China's automobile industry is facing in the development.
With the deepening of economic globalization, and gradually open the market of our country, the automobile industry in our country even in the late birth started, the lack of comparative advantage in capital and technology of the situation still got rapid development. The reason is that China's automobile enterprises already realized: one only in the domestic market the allocation of resources of the enterprise is difficult and allocation of resources in the global market of enterprises, and actively participate in the process of globalization, and vigorously promote the export of China's automobile vehicle project, to the international market to seek a broader space, has become China's automobile enterprises in the post WTO era of the inevitable choice.
However, the international market is not easy, not to mention China's automobile enterprise itself in the "innate" advantage on defects. Therefore, China's automobile enterprises want to occupy a space for one person, in the host country market foothold, is not an easy thing. Very different from the international market and domestic market environment. All the countries in the world the level of economic development of the jagged, cultural background apart, consumer preferences and consumption concept for the car is also very different. Furthermore, the political relations between countries, the economic relationship is changing rapidly. These factors subject to the outbreak, become the risk factors that hinder China's vehicle exports automobile project. Therefore, China's automobile enterprises should to see these potential risk factors in the planning stages of vehicle export projects, and through the rational choice to avoid these factors. This requires our steam The car companies do a good job planning work in the early stage of vehicle export projects, careful analysis and Study on the international market environment, such as political environment, cultural environment, economic environment, technological environment and so on. The only way to in-depth understanding of the host country market, so as to adjust the business strategy, in order to cater to the host country market, set up their own brand image, win the competitive advantage. Therefore, analysis for China's automobile vehicle export project work is very important to the host country's market environment.
This paper based on the perspective of industry, on the influencing factors of China's automobile vehicle export project independent in-depth analysis, focusing on the relationship between theory and practice in the process of writing, using qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis methods, to seek the layers of depth, the key influence factors of vehicle export project of autonomous vehicles in China from the host country level. In order to achieve the research purpose, this paper is divided into five parts. In the first part of the article mainly introduces the purpose of this study, significance and methods. The second part is the overview of related literature on China's automotive vehicle export project. The third part is the analysis of the qualitative part.
We first present situation of China's vehicle exports of autonomous vehicles are described. Then the disadvantages of using advantage, SWOT analysis of China's automobile vehicle export projects, opportunities and threats for qualitative analysis. On this basis, the fourth part of this paper selected relevant data of vehicle export projects our independent car top twenty countries from 2002 by 2012 a total of eleven years of empirical analysis, using gravity model and diamond model as a theoretical basis for the establishment of multiple linear regression model, using the software of STATA11.0 regression analysis, so as to face the key influencing factors of China's automobile vehicle export project from the host country layer was explained. In the end, according to our previous studies, draw the conclusion, puts forward some corresponding suggestions, and summarize the In this paper, the shortcomings of the writing process, the future research is put forward.
This paper aims to combine the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis methods, from the national level to find the key factors affecting the export of China's automobile vehicle project, and determine the degree of influence on the size of the risk, and to summarize the lessons of success and failure. The export expansion in China since the main vehicle to ensure vehicle export project work smoothly, and accelerate the process of internationalization pace, and enhance the international competitiveness has a very important significance.
