【摘要】：新奧集團是國內(nèi)甲醇及粗煤氣衍生品等化學(xué)危險品生產(chǎn)、銷售、運輸?shù)闹饕髽I(yè)之一，但是物流中心如何選址，如何構(gòu)建物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)，是目前新奧集團遇到的較為棘手的問題。 作者用兩年的時間，對我國沿海地區(qū)20余個大型碼頭、港口進行實地調(diào)研，深入內(nèi)蒙古、山東、河北、東北地區(qū)，走訪物流企業(yè)和化學(xué)品用戶，獲得大量第一手資料，，并收集整理了化學(xué)危險品物流中心的相關(guān)文獻，在此基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合化學(xué)危險品業(yè)務(wù)實際，聯(lián)系相關(guān)理論以及行業(yè)前輩的成功經(jīng)驗，提出新奧集團化學(xué)危險品物流中心的選址準則和具體的實施步驟、方法。 在物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)構(gòu)建方面，首先，梳理出化學(xué)危險品物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)的構(gòu)建方法和理論依據(jù)。其次，運用兩階段分析法對新奧集團的化學(xué)危險品物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)進行規(guī)劃。第一階段主要是界定物流中心、庫存量、運輸和服務(wù)質(zhì)量之間的關(guān)系，并采用多目標規(guī)劃方案，彌補了以往單一目標規(guī)劃的缺點，使物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)構(gòu)建更全面，更具體；第二階段主要是對擬定的方案進行評估，確定評估準則，采用層級分析法（AHP）進行準則之間的權(quán)證分析，求得總評估值，以方便對各準則進行排序，其間還在集團內(nèi)部和外部客戶范圍內(nèi)做了大量的問卷調(diào)查，并做實證分析。
[Abstract]:Xinao Group is one of the main enterprises in the production, sale and transportation of dangerous chemicals such as methanol and crude gas derivatives, but how to locate the logistics center and how to build the logistics network. Is the current New Olympic Group encountered a more intractable problem. The author used two years to investigate more than 20 large wharves and ports in the coastal areas of China, went deep into Inner Mongolia, Shandong, Hebei and Northeast China, and visited logistics enterprises and chemical users. Obtain a large number of first-hand information, and collect and sort out the relevant documents of the Chemical dangerous goods Logistics Center, on this basis, combined with the actual situation of dangerous chemical business, contact the relevant theory and the successful experience of the industry predecessors. This paper puts forward the site selection criteria and the concrete implementation steps and methods of Xinao Group Chemical dangerous goods Logistics Center. In the logistics network construction, first, carding out the chemical dangerous goods logistics network construction methods and theoretical basis. Secondly. The first stage is to define the relationship among logistics center, inventory, transportation and service quality, and adopt multi-objective planning scheme. It makes up for the shortcomings of single objective planning in the past and makes the logistics network more comprehensive and more specific. The second stage is mainly to evaluate the proposed program, determine the evaluation criteria, use AHP to carry out the authority analysis between the criteria, get the total evaluation value, in order to facilitate the ranking of the criteria. Meanwhile, a large number of questionnaires and empirical analysis were conducted within the group and outside customers.
