【摘要】：礦業(yè)項(xiàng)目的投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)在礦業(yè)項(xiàng)目的投資籌劃、實(shí)施過程中是客觀存在的,它直接影響著礦業(yè)項(xiàng)目投資的成敗。如何評估礦業(yè)項(xiàng)目投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)高低，對有效進(jìn)行礦業(yè)項(xiàng)目投資至關(guān)重要。在全球資源日益緊缺的今天，如何更好地去海外尋找“資源基地”，落實(shí)“走出去”戰(zhàn)略，擴(kuò)充我國的能源礦產(chǎn)儲備是我們現(xiàn)階段的目標(biāo)。由于目標(biāo)國礦業(yè)投資環(huán)境的不確定性，而如何正視由此產(chǎn)生的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)就成為我們不能忽視的問題。 本文的研究區(qū)坦桑尼亞自然條件優(yōu)越，地域廣闊，自然資源和文化遺產(chǎn)較為豐富。近年來政局比較穩(wěn)定，社會安定，又是世界貿(mào)易組織和多個(gè)區(qū)域化經(jīng)濟(jì)組織的成員國，市場潛力很大。同時(shí)作為東非共同體成員國之一，其優(yōu)越的地理位置是進(jìn)一步向周邊國家輻射的良好條件，因而投資坦桑尼亞更有其戰(zhàn)略意義。 本文首先利用第二章對坦桑尼亞的礦業(yè)投資環(huán)境進(jìn)行了介紹、論述、分析。通過第三章以及第四章對礦業(yè)投資、礦業(yè)投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和礦業(yè)投資環(huán)境概念進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的介紹與梳理。從風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的理論范圍研究開始，，深入探討礦業(yè)投資項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的特殊性。研究分析了礦業(yè)投資項(xiàng)目投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的識別以及估計(jì)、評價(jià)的方法，投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素識別方法和準(zhǔn)則。第五章通過層次分析法構(gòu)建風(fēng)險(xiǎn)指標(biāo)評價(jià)體系，在MATLAB軟件平臺計(jì)算坦桑尼亞礦業(yè)投資時(shí)可能產(chǎn)生的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)權(quán)重。利用模糊判斷，綜合分析風(fēng)險(xiǎn)權(quán)重大小，為投資決策提供依據(jù)。第六章對我國在坦桑尼亞未來的投資做出前景分析。 文章在收集和翻譯大量資料的基礎(chǔ)上，總結(jié)前人寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn)，根據(jù)坦桑尼亞自身的優(yōu)勢條件，以及與我國友好外交關(guān)系，初步認(rèn)為坦桑尼亞在目前的大環(huán)境之下，是我國在境外良好的“資源儲備基地”。通過風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評價(jià)體系的構(gòu)建，分析以及隸屬度的計(jì)算，表明坦桑尼亞礦業(yè)投資環(huán)境的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較高。綜合討論計(jì)算結(jié)果與我國海外礦業(yè)投資的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)后，給予未來在坦桑尼亞從事礦業(yè)投資的投資者一些意見和建議。
[Abstract]:Mining project investment risk in mining project investment planning is an objective existence in the implementation process, which directly affects the success or failure of mining project investment. How to evaluate the risk of mining project investment is critical to effective mining project investment. In the global resource shortage today, how to go overseas to find "resource base" and the implementation of "going out" strategy to expand China's energy mineral reserves is our goal at this stage. Because of the investment environment of mining target's uncertainty, and how to face the risks become neglected problems we cannot.
The study area of Tanzania superior natural conditions, vast territory, abundant natural resources and cultural heritage. In recent years, the political stability, social stability, and the World Trade Organization and a number of regional economic organization members, a large potential market. At the same time as a member of the East African community, its location is good conditions for further radiation to the neighboring countries, which invest in Tanzania has its strategic significance.
Firstly, the second chapter mining investment environment of Tanzania are introduced and discussed, according to the analysis of the third chapter and the fourth chapter of mining investment, mining investment risk and investment environment of mining industry introduces the concept and combing system. From the beginning of the scope of risk management theory research, special study of mining project investment risk. Research and analysis of the mining investment project investment risk identification, estimation, evaluation method, the risk factor identification method and criterion. The fifth chapter constructs the risk evaluation index system by AHP, possible risk weighting calculation of Tanzania mining investment in the MATLAB software platform. By using the fuzzy comprehensive judgment, analysis of risk weights, provide the basis for for the investment decision. The sixth chapter on China's prospects analysis in Tanzania investment in the future.
Based on a large number of data collection and translation, summing up the valuable experience, according to the advantages of Tanzania itself, and the friendly diplomatic relations in China, it is suggested that Tanzania under the current environment, our country is in the foreign good "resourcereserve base". Through establishing a risk assessment system, and analysis the calculation shows that the degree of membership, higher risk of mining investment environment in Tanzania. The experience and lessons of overseas mining investment comprehensively discusses the calculation results and our country, to engage in mining investment in Tanzania investment in the future some opinions and suggestions.
