【摘要】：在全球制造和經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的時(shí)代,單個(gè)企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)已經(jīng)演變成由相關(guān)企業(yè)構(gòu)成的供應(yīng)鏈之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),越來越多的企業(yè)開始從供應(yīng)鏈的角度考慮其庫存管理戰(zhàn)略。以訂單驅(qū)動(dòng)生產(chǎn)的TL(廣州)公司,在現(xiàn)有的庫存管理模式下,造成庫存過高,呆料比例大,庫存周轉(zhuǎn)率低的情況。因此,研究其庫存管理對(duì)企業(yè)提高競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力有著極其重要的意義。 本文應(yīng)用文獻(xiàn)研究法、調(diào)查研究法、圖表分析法、觀察研究法,對(duì)TL(廣州)公司原料倉的庫存管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析和研究,指出其在庫存控制策略上存在的不足。通過ABC分類法、經(jīng)濟(jì)訂貨批量模型、供應(yīng)商管理庫存這三種理論對(duì)庫存管理進(jìn)行新的方案設(shè)計(jì),同時(shí)結(jié)合企業(yè)實(shí)際情況,制定消除最小訂貨量的政策,達(dá)到減少庫存、提高庫存周轉(zhuǎn)率、減少呆料的目的。本文首先闡述了庫存管理的相關(guān)理論,然后介紹了TL(廣州)公司的業(yè)務(wù)流程和庫存管理現(xiàn)狀,并分析其庫存管理存在的問題；針對(duì)這些問題,提出了實(shí)施ABC分類法、制定減少或消除最低訂貨量的管理策略、實(shí)施經(jīng)濟(jì)訂貨批量采購策略、制定供應(yīng)商管理庫存策略的改進(jìn)方案；最后,為了這四個(gè)方案的順利實(shí)施,制定了相應(yīng)的保障措施。 通過本論文的研究,一方面為TL(廣州)公司找到行之有效的方法,解決其庫存管理現(xiàn)狀存在的問題；另一方面,本論文提出的解決最小訂貨量的策略,為存在這種類似問題的企業(yè)提供了參考資料。
[Abstract]:In the era of global manufacturing and economic integration, competition among individual enterprises has evolved into competition between supply chains composed of related enterprises. More and more enterprises begin to consider their inventory management strategy from the point of view of supply chain. Under the existing inventory management mode, the order driven production of TLL (Guangzhou) company results in excessive inventory and large proportion of raw materials. Therefore, it is very important to study the inventory management for enterprises to improve their competitiveness. This paper analyzes and studies the inventory management status of raw material warehouse of TL (Guangzhou) Company by using literature research method, investigation method, chart analysis method and observation research method. This paper points out the shortage of inventory control strategy and designs the new scheme of inventory management through ABC classification, economic order batch model and supplier managed inventory. At the same time, combined with the actual situation of the enterprise, the policy of eliminating the minimum order volume is formulated to reduce inventory, improve the turnover of inventory, and reduce the amount of materials in stock. Firstly, this paper expounds the related theory of inventory management. Then it introduces the business process and inventory management status of TL (Guangzhou) Company, and analyzes the existing problems of inventory management in TL (Guangzhou) Company. In order to solve these problems, this paper puts forward the implementation of ABC classification, the establishment of management strategy to reduce or eliminate the minimum order volume, the implementation of economic order batch purchase strategy, and the formulation of an improved strategy for supplier management inventory. Finally, for the smooth implementation of the four programs, the corresponding safeguard measures have been formulated. Through the research of this paper, on the one hand, to find an effective method for TL (Guangzhou) company to solve the existing problems of inventory management; On the other hand, the strategy of solving the minimum order volume proposed in this paper provides a reference for enterprises with similar problems.
