【摘要】:電力行業(yè)是關(guān)系國計民生的重要基礎(chǔ)能源行業(yè),近年來隨著電力體制改革的深入以及電力市場開放程度的加深,電力企業(yè)成本以及其核心競爭力越來越受到電力物資管理水平的影響。電力物資管理雖然與其他企業(yè)物資管理有相似之處,但基于電力企業(yè)的特殊行業(yè)屬性,電力物資的選用和匹配要求要高于一般企業(yè)。目前我國電力物資倉儲管理中,還存在著物資規(guī)范建設(shè)滯后、倉庫歸屬分散、技術(shù)手段落后等問題。建立有效而穩(wěn)定的電力企業(yè)物流網(wǎng)絡(luò),是保障電力物資流通順暢的重要手段之一。 針對電力企業(yè)物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化問題,本文主要做了以下三個方面的工作。第一,在分析我國電力企業(yè)物資管理現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢的基礎(chǔ)上,將電力企業(yè)的物流拓撲結(jié)構(gòu)改進為“虛擬中心—區(qū)域庫—周轉(zhuǎn)庫”的三級結(jié)構(gòu),配送方式由“一對一”模式改進為“多對多”模式,使之更為適合電力企業(yè)的物資管理作業(yè)。提出了基于倉儲配送特性的物資分類方法,通過引入影響電力物資管理的多個現(xiàn)實因素,提高電力物資的管控水平。第二,綜合考慮電力物資需求、物資分類和物流成本等物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化因素,,建立了基于成本與服務(wù)水平?jīng)Q策的多目標物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化模型。采用基于模擬退火的多種群協(xié)同粒子群算法對模型求解,根據(jù)粒子群被動局部模型以及混合策略改進方式,對粒子群算法進行改進,引入多個種群,利用模擬退火算法控制算法收斂,實現(xiàn)算法之間的互補。第三,結(jié)合某網(wǎng)省物資供應(yīng)公司物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化設(shè)計,采用包括前端定性分析、中端定量分析以及后端定性分析的三階段物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化方法論,將定性分析與定量計算有機結(jié)合,進行了電力物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化方法的應(yīng)用實踐,取得了滿意的應(yīng)用效果。 本文首先闡述了電力企業(yè)物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化的重要性與必要性。然后對國內(nèi)外物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)計的學(xué)術(shù)研究和企業(yè)實踐進行綜述,找出目前研究存在的問題,確定了研究的技術(shù)路線。接著重點研究了電力物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓撲結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計和物資分類方法,基于成本與服務(wù)水平?jīng)Q策的多目標電力物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化模型構(gòu)建方法,以及采用基于模擬退火的多種群協(xié)同粒子群算法對模型進行求解的方法。在此基礎(chǔ)上開發(fā)了一套電力企業(yè)物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化決策系統(tǒng),詳細闡述了系統(tǒng)的總體架構(gòu)、系統(tǒng)用例說明以及系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn),結(jié)合某網(wǎng)省公司電力物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)的設(shè)計,運用三階段的電力物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化方法論進行應(yīng)用實踐。最后對全文進行總結(jié),并對未來研究方向提出展望。
[Abstract]:The electric power industry is an important basis for the energy industry in recent years as beneficial to the people's livelihood, the reform of electric power system and electricity market deepening of the degree of openness of power enterprise cost as well as its core competitiveness is more and more influenced by power material management. Although the power supplies management and other enterprise material management is similar, but the special attributes of the industry of electric power enterprises based on the selection of power supplies and matching requirements than ordinary enterprises. At present our country electric power storage materials management, there are still lagging material standard construction, warehouse ownership dispersion, technical means backward. The establishment of electric power enterprise logistics network is effective and stable, is one of the important measures to guarantee the smooth circulation of power supplies.
Aiming at the optimization problem of the electric power enterprise logistics network, this paper mainly do the following three aspects. First, based on the analysis of China's electric power enterprise material management situation and the development trend of logistics enterprises, the topological structure of power is improved three level structure of the virtual center of regional library to Library, distribution mode from "one to one" mode for improvement of many to many model, make it more suitable for the electric power enterprise material management practices. Put forward the material classification method based on the characteristics of warehousing and distribution, by introducing the effect of management of electric power supplies a number of practical factors, improve the power supplies control level. Second, considering the power material requirements, material classification and logistics cost and logistics network optimization factors, this paper establishes an optimization model of cost and service level of logistics network based on multi objective decision making. The multi population Co based on simulated annealing With the particle swarm algorithm to solve the model, improved method based on particle swarm passive local model and hybrid strategy, improved particle swarm algorithm, many species are introduced, simulated annealing algorithm is used to control the convergence of the algorithm, to achieve complementarity between the algorithms. Third, with a net, material supply company logistics network optimization design, including front-end using qualitative in the end of analysis, quantitative analysis and qualitative back-end three stage logistics network optimization methodology, qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation combining the practice and method to optimize the power of logistics network and achieves satisfactory results.
This paper expounds the importance and necessity of the optimization of the logistics network of electric power enterprise. Then the academic research and enterprise practice of domestic and international logistics network design review, find out the existing problems and the technical route of the research. Then the paper focuses on the material flow of power network topology design and material classification method, cost and service the level of decision of multi-objective power logistics network optimization model construction method based on the method and simulated annealing multi swarm cooperative particle swarm algorithm to solve the model. On the basis of development based on a set of power enterprise logistics network optimization decision system, elaborated on the overall system architecture, system realization and system use case description combined with the design of power network, a network logistics company, using three stages power logistics network optimization methodology for practical application Finally, the full text is summarized, and the future research direction is put forward.
